Jessica was very helpful, professional , informative , friendly and directed me to the right person to talk too. I meant to give her a 5; an exceptional rating but hit wrong rating star. You need to get rid of the sales manager Lou or Lu (whichever) because he lost you not one but two new car sales. .
I have purchased two cars there in the past. Lou told me that didn't matter at all. So my son and I purchased two new cars at another dealership. They treated us like humans there.

Very expedient problem solutions
I had a problem with my car which happened months ago but i didnt mention it till today. Problem was addressed by lakeland hyundai WITHIN HOURS. UNBELIVABLE. Big thumbs to. Chris Haggstrom.

whenever I come to Lakeland Hyundai for service on my 2013 sonata service there is always prompt and friendly! we have really enjoyed our experience with Lakeland Hyundai, and we absolutely love our sonata! my only complaint is that you guys are so far away from our residence in Ruskin. other than that we love you, and keep up the great work!
