Long wait but worth it
Took unusually long to get registered for oil change and then instead of 90 minutes it took almost 3 hours. But after the oil was changed, they washed my car.

Good Service Friendly Atmosphere Hot Dogs and Popcorn!
The guys and gals at PH Hyundai are really friendly and helpful. I was a service advisor for about 35 years myself and they do it just about the way I did it and I did it right! Another thing it was about 100 degrees outside (much cooler in the customer lounge) and a guy came around with free ice cold bottled water for the customers. Outstanding. I recommend PH Hyundai to everyone.

I had oil change and 15, 000 mi. Service
All well done
Also had scheduled my automate
Clean , wash wax detail everything
Was not a good job, won't say horrible
But carpets were soaked, whole car interior smelled toxic, they missed door panel . and some of exterior, steering wheel was so slippery , I had to clean it when I got home, wheel slipped outa my hands couple times on way back home ,, last time I had automate done, I was very satisfied. This time , not so much
In fact I wasn't satisfied with detail job

They get the job done
Most everything about the experience was good, except for the courtesy shuttle -- I had called ahead to make sure that service was available. Sean said indeed it was, but when I went in for service, the process of getting back to work (1.1 miles away) was a little frustrating. However, the rest of the process of maintenance and inspection on my Elantra was as good or better than expected.

closest to me. I use to go to WIN, Sean Kim kept me informed of the update of my car.
When the 1.5 hour went to 4 hours, I wish I was told that there was a shuttle that would have taken me back to my office. I was told there was a shuttle when I only had 1 hr let to go. wasn't worth going back to office at that time.

Love the staff,always courteous, friendly and in a great mood. Always nice to speak with anyone from PHH. Just wish the guts did a better job washing the vehicles and vacuuming...maybe took a ltitle more time and effort. That's all!
