PH used to value there customer services and deliver it with great satisfaction. However, that’s not the case anymore, they still prides them selfs on accolades and steps they took back in the early 00’s.

Go another Hyundai dealer
Puente hyundai is one of the biggest dealer but service was poor.I think Puente hyundai is worst dealer. Try another dealer.

Longest oil change ever
Even with an appointment - I had to wait to be checked in - I had to inquire about my car almost 1 1/2 hours later - then find the service advisor and then wait for a cashier to take my money -On top of that I felt I was given erroneous information regarding the cabin filer.

This place doesn't have enough staff to help their customers.
I was only here to change the driver's headrest and rear center console's cover, but spent more than 5 hours waiting, and I can see the technicians going back and fourth chatting with other technicians. I will not come back to this location again.

Be careful with your time
Sean the service advisor will tell you anything to feel assured to get you going. His professionalism is under par and has the qualities of a strip used car dealership. The new Car sales department is great on the other hand.

Front Desk person service was perfect but overall service was not
Front Desk person service was perfect but overall service was not, as example, when they carwash the car they need to make sure the car are completely clean. the cleaned my car but the rim half clean half dirty. that hand mark on my car body. but in the other hand they work Sunday that is very Plus for them. But in general the pricewise they are very expensive in compare to other brand.

Slow moving
My husband took a half day from work to take the car in and the amount of time it took was unacceptable. He arrived at 8:00am with an estimated completion at 12:00pm. He let the front desk person know that he would be waiting for the car in the lobby. It wasn't until he waited 4 hours that he personally checked on the status. The car was just sitting in a spot idling and no one was working on it. After he spoke to the supervisor in the detailing area he said he would get a couple guys on it right away and it would be done in 20 minutes. Why was the car just sitting there idling with no one working on it for who knows how long? It didn't seem like completing work in a timely manner was a priority. In the end, the car was completed an hour after it was promised, no one offered to drive him anywhere or check in with any updates.

We are very disappointed.

Quick to advise services, then you pick up vehicle and then don't have anymore time for you. the only reason i bring in our vehicle for service is because we paid for extended services.
