bang for the buck not there period
Please stop up-selling , just do the necessary repairs at a fair price with no BS ....AND on a timely manner. I have owned and run a VERY successful auto repair for 40 yrs , I am an ASE Certified Master Tech , as well as my Wife for 40 yrs , and we both just retired 4 months ago , you guys need a refresh on your approach to add on sales and customer service ! Your Service advisers personality , knowledge , and compassion to each and every customers personal situation is imperative for future long gain loyalty and potential... I ran my Fathers car thru your system for routine maintenance , and found many faults.............nothing that cannot be corrected , but still not right....... So if the purpose of this rating is for improvement , that's a really good step, and here I am............however you have to listen , consider and implement , or not......bottom line based on average customer awareness and time constraints/costs factors......not coming back......every shop has a bottom line , yessir , however personality , compassion and Knowledge drives sales .......trust me , eye to eye contact with trust based on truth is a steel forged in heaven........Bottom line, your system is a 6 of 10 , Why....Why are you lacking....pay more attention to personal relationships and trust , easy peasy with specific training , your people are beautiful , just not trained.......(^_^)

this place really really has some incompetent people taking care of the service, timing issues, parts missing, scheduling trouble, lack of professional service, they just forget to change your oil when your main reason of visit is an oil change, they fail to communicate , horrendous

Great experience
When I returned to this location the second time I was greeted with nothing but smiles. They explained the while situation to me and helped me to fix the repair that needed to be fixed. I waited no time at all as they had a loaner car ready so I could carry on with no interruptions to my day. They made the whole experience very pleasant. Special thank you to Joesph and Danny.

The service department is the slowest that I've experienced.
I take all my vehicles to their respective dealership. This is my second visit to this service department in St. Augustine. The service department is the slowest that I've experienced. I was there for almost two-hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked for only the outside of the car to be washed, leaving the inside untouched, informing the service representative that my wife had surgery and I was concerned about germs. I was informed that this was not possible because the service personnel that wash the vehicles are not used to only washing the outside of the vehicle; my only option was to opt out of the wash completely. Not sure why the service manager couldn't walk over to the washers and tell them not to clean the inside of the vehicle. The customer does not come first at this dealership.

My time is important to me as your time is to you. If my car is not going in 40 minutes late why doesn’t my appointment start 40 minutes later? I would recommend this business or sales but service yes questionable

I arrived to my appointment a couple of minutes early to find 6 cars ahead of me. I waited in line for 20 minutes before being checked in. I didn’t get my car back for another hour and 20 minutes. A nearly 2 hour oil change is excessive.

Service was very good. Waiting area and service access area needs improvements. Also service writers should not be graded on what is not under their control !
