I have never received a loaner and ALWAYS have to rent a vehicle out of pocket. In 1 situation the warranty covered a rental for the first day but other than that I’ve paid OUT OF POCKET.
Unfortunately based on the bad experience and problems with this vehicle my plan of purchasing a G90 next year is no longer going to happen . I am done with dealing with both the vehicle and the dealerships/ service and it is very disappointing because I absolutely loved my Genesis and could never see myself in anything other than a Hyundai. THAT HAS NOW CHANGED.
