Keith is very knowledgeable. He provided explanation regarding my warranty and pre-paid service, giving me options and how each option would affect my car/warranty/any out of pocket costs. He's vey informative and up front. Our appointment time was around the crew's lunch time so he was up front about it taking a little longer for the services to be completed. That was very much appreciated so we didn't just sit there wondering why it was taking so long. Because there was going to be a little down time before the work started he offered to have our car wash, rather than just sitting there waiting to be worked. on. He also came and checked on us in the waiting area.
My previous review I had concerns regarding my November car appointment. Larson quickly contacted me in order to correct those issues.
I have been a customer at Larson for a decade, and I have pretty much been very happy with the service there. I am happy with the outcome from my November appointment, and I would still recommend Larson for its good service.
Although our first experience with the service desk was lacking, their response was encouraging. Keith with the service desk called to discuss my initial review. He was very apologetic, even though it was NOT he that had helped nor gave us bad service. I did get to witness Keith's service of other customers and we had wished it was he that was helping us. Keith was very informative, and gave detailed answers to their questions. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and confident in his job. He provided his customers personal service. When his customer's car was ready, he personally came out to the waiting area, discussed things with his customer and walked her back to her car. We got a phone call with "your car is ready" from our service rep. Which, by all means reaches the threshold of acceptable, but after witnessing Keith's customer service skills, we were expecting a little more from our rep. With my interaction with Keith we are happy to try again.
While I was very disappointed with my 1st experience to have my car repair under warranty, Keith in your service department has worked very hard to rectify the situation. At this time I am pleased with the service I have recieved to resolve the issues at hand. However nothing has been completed due to parts needing to be ordered and services still need to be provided. I look foward to another survey after the completion of my repairs.
Usually I go and get my car done elsewhere when money is tight. But when I want it done right with no worries I go to Keith at Larson and my worries disappear
Keith may be new to the Northwest and new to Larson but he is clearly committed to doing a good job for Larson and all the customers he cares for! He seems to be a good family man and keeps himself focused on business!
