I scheduled my repair and received numerous reminders of when I had my appointment. Upon arrival check in was timely and I received a call telling me what needed to be done and an estimate of time for completion. Job was completed within estimated time. Repair was timely and efficient.

When I arrived about 7:30 AM I was greeted by “clipboard girl” I told her I didn’t have an appointment that something was wrong with my car. She then had an attitude when she explained to me that they were very busy, 80 cars in and probably wouldn’t even get to it until Monday or possibly even Tuesday. This was Friday. I said fine I just need a loaner. They had my car completed by 11AM. I was amazed and grateful. Is this really someone you want greeting your customers???? She definitely needs an attitude adjustment AKA. retraining.
