Rectifying bad service
After a bad experience at this dealership I am happy to say that I was contacted by the Service Manager who has proactively moved to resolve my issues. While I am still waiting for my car to be repaired, I have a courtesy car and they are working on get all of my concerns resolved. So far so good - hope the good service continues!!!

Worst dealership in Temecula for service
I have brought my car into this dealership 4 times for the same issue and the issue has still not been resolved. I have paid out over $6000 over this period and every time it’s something else that is causing the problem. To say they are useless is an understatement.

Travis did a great job getting the test evaluation on the vehicle done, getting approval for replacing transmission, scheduling the work and getting the work done. Aaron did a great job on the installation. All of the above in a timely manner. Vehicle now performs better than it did when new.

Brought our car in for a recall. Found out it also had other issues. Travis helped us the entire time. He was awesome, attentive, and individualized. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Our car was returned clean. They provided a Lyft to and from the dealership which was very helpful! Made the drop off and pick up so much easier.

Smog Testing Service
This dealership is truly a classy operation, but lacks the honesty about certain features of it's product...battery to radio*phone & computer monitor systems. My 2010 Genesis was purchased in March 2016 and serviced by Temecula Hyundai. Dec. 2017 a smog test was requested by DMV. Battery service was performed Sept. 2017 and my hands free phone feature was no longer responsive and the computer monitor system was also affected. My Smog Test failed in 2017 & 2019, ask why? I couldn't get an honest answer as to why the computer monitor system could not be corrected by the dealership..to this day I still have no reasonable explanation.
