Car kept over-nite
Car was kept over-nite but I wasn't told parts would be ordered for my brakes. I was quoted a price of $780.00 to fix the problem and I said ok. When I picked the car up the next day the bill ended up being $495.81 and when asked about the difference in price the service associate just shrugged his shoulders. Then upon returning to my car I discovered the driver floor mat had grease from the shop on it. The service department attempted to clean it but was unsuccessful. The Hyundai Manager offered a discount on my next service and offered to take the car in again to clean the mat. I didn't want to take my car in again and said " no thanks".

To make a long story short everything turned out ok and I would take my car in again.

Excellent service, cost for basic service is higher than market.
Great service, clean facility. I got what I came for. What is not great is the cost of service. I can have the oil changed and trires rotated for much less cost and closer to my house.

i had an appointment to get my radiator checked and it did have a leak. My technician found one at a local parts store and was able to get my car fixed that same day. He also saved me lots of money and time. I really appreciate that they go out of their way to help get you back on the road quickly and are mindful of your budget. I recently needed an oil change and emissions check. I also wanted a few things checked. I had an appointment. Everything went smooth as glass. Check in service completed expeditiously, and car sanitized and returned in a clock work manner. Could not have been better. I always recommend the people here efficient and honest.

At my age (dont even ask, LOL) i have owned a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of service writers . Brad is without a doubt the most conscientious and professional i have ever met. He always listens well and even asks a few questions if he fells he needs to. After the service he verbally explains the recommendations in detail. Give that guy a RAISE !
