i had an emergency with my tires and it was late Friday afternoon and i had to drive in from Spokane. It was resolved. Cole did a good job
My review of this matter leads me into my next schedule visit on Tuesday. Since my tires were replaced I developed an immediate noise which I believe originates from my left rear tire . I don't believe it to be my brake pads as my records show they were fine the last time they looked and checked. That leads me into a a very antagonistic observance with my electronic warning lights ranging from Collision Warning Malfunction light comes on and off all the time , my ABS Trac light comes on now all the time, other warnings come on that I have never sen previously, my icons of showing the snow or slip traction icons come on all the time now. I have records that I have actually paid to this looked at previously and it seems that the work has not be satisfied as it looks like a Las Vegas show so I need to get this resolved as i love my car which I purchased form your dealership. Overpriced for a Dodge Oil & Filter Change
I used to have great service when I was dealing with Joe Patafio as my service adviser, but since he is no longer working out on the service desk, I have no one there who knows about my 2004 Dodge Diesel. When I went in for my oil change the other day, I was told it would be $89 (I am guessing that is what it cost for a Ford Diesel oil change). I almost walked out right then, and maybe I should have. Then when I asked if they could change out my fuel filter for free, as I had brought one with me, I was told that it would be another $80+ as it takes .7 hours to change out the fuel filter. Again, they must be quoting the time it takes to change out a Ford fuel filter as it only takes 5 minutes to change out a fuel filter on my Dodge diesel. I know because I just timed myself doing the job here at home. I even informed the service adviser that his timing is way off, as .7 hours was too long to change my Dodge fuel filter. I was told that this is the standard time for fuel filters change outs. I let the adviser know that this time needs re-calibrated. I was given a lower price at checkout of $82.78 for my oil change and when I asked how come it still cost so much, I was told that I signed the paper work at $89. Not good customer service I think. After I left Mike White Ford, I called both Findlay Dodge and Dave Smith here in CDA, and found out that they only charge $69.75 for a Dodge oil and filter change on my diesel. I guess with your new higher pricing for Dodge oil changes, you have lost me as a customer. I have been a loyal customer since 2009 when I first went to Tom Addis Dodge. I will NOT be recommending your service department to any of my Dodge friends. I sure miss working with Joe Patafio who knows all about Dodge diesel trucks.

Over paid
We over paid for our truck, tried to get the dealership to buy it back 6 months later. The difference that was offered was $5-6,000 less than what we paid for the truck 6 months earlier. How does that much depreciation occur in 6 months??? So either we were over charged in the first place or taken advantage of on the other end. We tried to work with the dealership but never got anywhere. So now we owe ( a lot more) than what the truck is worth. Not a great feeling. This was our second purchase from the dealership, so we spent a lot of money there in one year. Never will do business with the dealership again nor EVER recommend it to anyone.

employees not very well trained and don't know their products
service writer was condescending acting like I did not know any more about a vehicle than putting the key in, starting it and driving. He just started saying things that were B.S. to try to justify taking over an hour to do an oil change after waiting more than a week plus to get an appointment ( for an oil change? ) I can't see this dealer making it with this kind of service. The parts department is no better, young guy behind the counter does not know how to do his job and just starts with the B.S. talk making up stuff rather saying he is incompetent. I asked him how to turn side mirror heaters and he said they are on all the time so I said then if they are fogged up they must be defective then he states not necessarily. He told me the standard side mirror would cost $800.00 each ( I went to a ford parts website and found # 17682 right outer mirror, power heated memory folding body color for $315.43 ) not quite $800.00. The management might want to do some training of their employees. I previously had come in to find out what other years the running boards on my truck would fit and the same parts guy said that info was not in the computer, I highly dought that the parts department today can do less the what could be done back in the '70s. It sucks because of employees like yours and not having competition neer by this may be the last Ford I will own.

Our service was done as asked, but several unnecessary up-charges/work were pushed, such as saying we needed to change spark plugs at 60k, when the manual clearly states 100k under normal use.

Questionable Service
I like to be a loyal customer if I can. My last service appointment makes me wonder if I will continue with this dealership. During my last oil change; I asked them to rotate my tires and check one that kept loosing air. I was told the tires did not need rotating at 5000 miles and my tire was ruined and couldn’t be plugged due to a screw and there was another screw in the other back tire. They pushed to sell me two new tires several times. I assume the oil was changed. I asked them to plug the slow leak tire for me so I could get going after a lengthy appointment wait. I decided to take it elsewhere and if needed use the new spare to replace the “ruined tire”. I finally saw my truck parked in the lot after servicing and expected them to let me know it was finished so I could go. It was after 5 pm at this point. I waited about a half hour and had to go find someone in service to check me out.
I then took the tire in question to Les Schwab who happily plugged the ruined tire. I believe someone at White Ford tried to deceive me or was inept. I still have a free oil change/tire rotation there and am not sure I’ll go back. My first oil change there caused an oil leak that caused me to go back for another appointment and wait for them to fix it.
I’m not terribly impressed despite their professional appearance.
I was impresssed with the sales staff when I purchased my new 2018 F150. They offered plenty of incentives to make me feel comfortable with the deal. I would recommend them for sales but not service.

Finally ...
I purchased my F150 there in 2014. This was the VERY first time I've EVER had anything nice to say about them. They've changed 2ce and this time it looks like there's finally some customer oriented people there. While the jury is still out ... it was a pleasant visit were everything was done right the first time. If this happens the next couple of times I will recommend them.

Made my appointment explaining all the issues. Appointment was three weeks out. Dropped it off and was treated like I didn't have an appointment and just showed up. Was told they did not think they could get to all of what was wrong. Picked it up and was told that I would have to come back in another month for the electronic issue to be looked at. Bought new tires but they did not have any paperwork they could provide me as to the warranty on the tires, specs or anything. Also said they could not do a tire alignment because it machine was tied up. Not sure why I put the effort into making an appointment for service work if they do not perform the work needed when i bring it in. Then tell me I have to come back in a month for somebody just to look at why my taillight assembly is out. Let's hope I do not get a ticket for having a taillight out between now and then.

It is my understanding the power sterring is electronic not hydrolic . If that is the case, the replacement of a circut board could prevent an accident, RATHER THAN scheduling and appointment 2 weeks out.

rock punctured tires
it took three visits to Parker to get this resolved, I had two flats up in the mountains, put the spare on first, plugged the second myself brought it Parker ford they plugged the first tire when I picked up up they didn't hear me about the second tire made a second appointment to repair the drivers rear,the woman in the service office said to have it there before 9 00 am , came in at 4 00 pm and it wasn't ready they were trying re plug a tire that I had to put two plugs in to get off the mountain because of size of the rip in the tire,waited until after 5 00 pm when they told it needed to be replaced , I brought it in the next day for replacement, I still have concerns if the first tire they plugged , it had A rock puncture threw the tire cords

Not as good as when it was Addis
Took car in for an oil change and bought a rear window wiper that I didn’t need and they broke something when they tried to install it. Now it doesn’t work at all. Worked perfectly before I too it in. Addis wasn’t great but much better place then than it is now.

Also, takes way to long to get in for service appointments anymore.

Tire Price
Gus Johnson Ford has the same tire for 227 each. I though your price would be the same. I picked the tires off of the Ford web site. Your special of buy 3 and 1 for a dollar is why I came to Parker. But your tires the same tire as Gus Johnson Ford were marked up to 274 a tire. Guess that is how you trick people into thinking they are getting a tire free. 47 dollars more for each tire. What a ripe off. If it sounds too good it usually is. It is a shame to be tricked. My fault. I should have asked more questions. Just thought the price would be the same.

Brought my truck in for a standard 5,000 service, which is normally done in 45-60 minutes. Did not require tire rotation . After 1 hour, work still not done. I had to leave, but it was agreed that I would be back by 5:15. I came back an hour earlier and waited another half hour. The attendant wanted to charge me for new wipers and 2 new filters, even though I have always had the extended maintenance option. For some reason, this is not the first time my option has not been immediately recognized. I finally left after a total of 1 and a half hours, without my usual free car wash coupon, as I discovered.
