New owner, new name.
Lots of changes , lots of new faces along with many familiar ones. The service department staff was going an extra mile to provide an excellent visit. My service was completed in the time promised which was half the estimate given at the time the appointment was made.

My only concern was with the "Next service due" sticker on my windshield which I believe to be about half the time/mileage normally called for by my vehicle health reports, but I need to research this as Ford has seen fit to discontinue my vehicle health report.. (Hybrid vehicle) oil changes not determined by odometer mileage. I am disappointed with Ford and confused at this time, but the sticker provided is clearly incorrect.

Oil change service
I would recommend this dealer. It would be nice if they washed your vehicle as other dealers do with service. The coupon for a free wash is nice but it is more time needed for me. They were fast and efficient. The staff made my grand daughter and I feel welcome.

Friendly, helpful
I had my Ford pickup (2017 F350) serviced. It was done quickly and well except the tire pressures were not readjusted when they rotated the tires. I brought it back in and they quickly took care of the problem and answered my questions.

Our new purchase 2017 F 150 Best Running & Smooth ride ever
We bought our truck 4 days before leaving to go south for the winter. We were told because we did not have time to get the truck seal coated we could bring it in when we got back in April which at the same time we would have our free oil change & inspection.. Somehow no could find where we were to get the clear coat done but did get the free oil change and other fluids topped off. They were right on time for having ready for us to pick up which was very much appreciated.

Oil change
The Mechanics did a good job on the change my oil.

My only concern was that when I went to pay I found out that they had also rotated my tires and I had to pay for that and I don’t remember the clerk telling me that that was part of the service.

He claimed he did.

I just remember telling him that that one of my tires was low on air, I don’t remember saying anything about rotating them. As far as I know, I was not told that about the tire rotating service. The clerk was adamant that he had told me. I just Gave up and not argue with him. I’ve had a bad week, did not need the stress of arguing with him.

They told me the tires need to be replaced sometime next winter. Winter is nearly over, I don’t know why they needed to rotate the tires to start with if they’re going to take them off in a couple weeks.

Quality control?
Ive always had my explorer serviced at this dealership. Ive always been satisfied.
This time…not so much.
My vehicle was in for a 60K service.
After driving it home (10 miles) the next morning i noticed 2 or 3 ounce size of transmission fluid on my garage floor. Crawled underneath with a light and saw that the transmission drain plug was hanging on by about a thread. Tightened it down, ran the engine to temperature and checked the fluid level. Couldn’t get a reading on the dip stick. Didn't look the the fill cap had recently been handed either ( cap covered with greasy dirt). My concern was that the transmission had been drained and not refilled and i drove it home with no transmission fluid.
Called the dealer and they had the car towed back to them. They said is was only about a quart low. They topped it off and said i was good to go and they apologized. Still don’t t know how low it really was. Had them document their mistake. Guess we will see if transmission issues arise.
Just didn’t expect this level of poor quality from a dealer. Coulda done this just as bad at the corner Jiffy Lube for 1/2 the cost.

Not very favorable at first
Well, as in the past with service at our local Ford Dealer it was less than uneventful. I brought my truck in for the oil change and recall of the tail gate problem. When I went to pick it up and paying the $92 or so dollar bill. As I drove away I figured I better check my tires and it read the same psi as when I brought it in meaning the tire pressure was not checked yet said it had and that the rotation was not done. Brining it back I was told by Kevyn that they forgot to flash the memory so I went to check all the other work to make sure it was done. I noticed the tail gate had not been open so was upset and Kevyn said it did not have to be opened as it was a harness. Ok. The oil looked to be changed thank goodness. After he pulled it out and me having a conversation with the Service Manager about my concerns I hope in my truck and the tire pressure was still wrong in all tires yet the service report listed all tires were at 35 psi. The service manager took the truck and fixed the problem mentioning the pressure gage was not functioning properly. Ok .99 cents will by a back up one. Though they never checked it the first time. This not being my first experience with total disregard for the customer. I appreciate the manager taking initiative for helping me out. I just have to say you guys can do better please. Thanks
