Screen Flickering

Within months of purchase, screens began to flicker of even turn off completely. Delearship has taken over 4 months to return my car. Reason? Because Hyundai takes a long time to receive the parts. Do not purchase this vehicle and avoid yourself tech issues and delays.

I need help with my Kona.

I need assistance. My KONA has been in the Charlie Clark Hyundai Laredo location for over 4 months. Vehicle was purchased Nov 2025. The problem was the center screen flickering while I drove. After it was fixed, cosmetic damages were done by technician(s). Kona was once again taken into service to correct the damages done by employees working on the car. I have not received updates besides “it should be done soon”. Please follow up with the delearship. 2420 Jacaman Rd Laredo, Texas

My 202 Kona gets fantastic mileage for a small SUV. The features are above and beyond. I especially lovet he birds eye view cameras.

I love my Kona!

I do a lot of road trips and find it perfect for my travels. It rides nice. The seats are super comfy and I never get achy. I feel protected with all the safety features. The Kona has an amazing amount of room for all the things I like to take with me. Right now stored in the hatch are my golf clubs, plow up paddle board w/accessory's and my beach chair. That is with the back seat up, not down where there is even more room. I love it. The only complaint I have is the design of the hidden key. Which cost me $531.00 dollars at the body shop. Due to the fact that my battery died (after only 7 months of owning it)and road side assistance unintentionally damaged both door trying to get into it because no one could get the hidden key to open the door. The dealer was not very helpful in Williamsburg in helping me resolve this issue. I feel this was not my fault, yet I paid to get it fixed.

It is the worst car out of my 5 Hyundai cars I've been committed to.

The electronic system is terrible. It tells me to move forward because the car in front of me is moving... and I'm sitting in my garage in front of my washer & dryer. I have 3 pages of complaints that I have submitted to my dealership.
