Dealership "Fail"
I was the center of attention until I signed on the dotted line for my Kona. After that they didn't want to know me.........well, not quite. I purchase the car the end of April and my paperwork was not sent in for my license plate until June 27th. That is two months after purchase date. The temp tag has expired,no one could renew it, not the dealership or the DMV, therefore I could not even drive the car until I received the plate another 10 days later.
There was one gentlemen in Finance (whose name I do not have with me at the moment) that was very sincere and nice, but there was nothing he could do. The paper work took 2 months to send to the DMV. I asked the general manager to please call me, twice. I have never heard back from the dealership at all. I will be taking my vehicle to another dealer to service.
I was head of customer service for my company and my main priority was dealing swiftly to resolve a customer's issue (within 24 hours). I never missed that deadline. My assessment of this dealership is: There is no customer service. Very disappointed with my experience.
