Very satisfied ‘24 Palisade owner

Drive it around town and made two 2000+ mile road trips and am very happy with its performance. Good gas mileage and very comfortable.

My only complaint is that it is difficult to get into the third row. The seats should either fold all the way up or fold away.

I’ve had over 35,000 trouble free and enjoyable miles. The vehicle is still tight, quiet, and performs as new. It has the right size and power, while getting between 23 and 26 mpg, which is in line with, or better than advertised.

Disappointed with UNREPAIRABLE RECALLS and no help from dealer or manu

This is my second brand new Palisade. We were even considering buying a third. Currently our car is considered grounded, which means undrivable due to the recalls. I’m still having to make payments and pay insurance for a car that I cannot drive. I’ve asked if they will trade it in and give me a good deal so I could get rid of the problem, but they are not willing to do so it’s unfortunate that is $60,000 car cannot be driven and has lost value and Hyundai is not doing anything to take care of the situation. I understand recalls happen but there are two on my car that make it undrivable so as stated, I haven’t driven my car in almost 3 months and it doesn’t look like I will be driving it anytime in the near future that alone is enough for me to give Hyundai a rating. I’ve written letters, gone to the manufacturer, Better Business Bureau the dealership, and nobody will help us buyer be aware.
