Family vehicle

Overall the car has been amazing. 2 kids and 3 dogs latter and the car still looks and runs great. My only concerns have been the very very slow turn around time after a saftey recall.

I Love My Palisade, but…

The only things I don’t love about my car is the cost of gas, and the Hyundai Dealership Service. They did a bad tire rotation and balancing that caused me to have to buy new tires too soon, and then on the next service, they kept my car for 5 weeks because of back ordered parts!

Love the car - don’t stand behind their product

Love the features of my car. It drives nicely. Is roomy but not too big. However, the day I brought it home the paint was chipped on the back below the back gate. They made me buy a pen to fill in the chips. It chips more all the time and nothing touches that area. The collision protection is great when it isn’t slamming the car to a stop for no reason. The back has odd squeaky sounds whenever I drive.

Nice car, but they skimped on the features

The sunglasses case is missing. The outside mirrors should automatically retract. The doors lock when you put it in park. They should stay unlocked until you lock the car with the fob. There is no compass on the rear view mirror

Fragile luxury covering up mechanical issues

Took a chance on the 2024 Palisade Limited and now know I will not be purchasing a Hyundai again. From the outside, the Palisade has a luxurious, quiet, smooth ride but the number of mechanical issues, software glitches (that create dangerous driving situations) and numerous recalls has made me regret my decision.
