Auto working great so far but

The only complaint I have so far is the tailgate remote button. I must hit it in my pocket there should be some notification if it is open and doors are locked but there isn’t. Many times I have gone outside and the tailgate is down. No notification from the app. Good thing there wasn’t anything in it but I have had to keep things in there overnight and have gone out and checked tro make sure it is up.

Santa Cruz is fun!

I love my truck! Finally found one in the color I wanted. It drives well, is comfortable, and with the turbo engine I am able to tow the boat.

Love It!

The Santa Cruz is everything I hoped for. The ride is smooth and comfortable. Doesn't ride like a truck at all. At this time, the only thing I would change would be adding a couple of inches for legroom or adults riding in the back seat. Not really a problem for us though as we very seldom have riders in the back.

Bought a Sanra Cruz and it perfect for me as I do not need a full size truck. The ride is great , the handling is great, the options are better than others too! So far this little car-truck LOL as exceeded my expectations.

This is my 2nd Cruz, as original was totaled by a non-driving fool. Many improvements since then. Love extra safety features, and streamlined dash, but miss turbo power.

Fun lil ride

Traded my 2024 Elantrab SE in for 2026 Santa Cruz.really like my new ride, it fits me perfectly. Better head room, higher stance, and better for my back. Not as quick and exact as my little Elantra, gets Less gas mileage, and features on inside not as fancy but the ride is not as hard and I like the open bed. Auto Park brake is hard to work with once it's engaged. Purchased it with a bad alignment but returning to get it repaired. Also, can't change the cluster to regular odometer, only digital and have to change manually to sports mode. Still has the display glitching problems, as well as the clicking in the dash board area, but other than that rides well, is fun and still can't beat the warranty. Plus I get a lot of compliments and the price is on point.

Nice little truck indeed

Very few complaints overall and far more words of praise, only real negative being the terrible lighting of the climate panel. Light-up button settings are virtually impossible to see in daylight with or without sunglasses.

2025 Santa Cruz

I purchased my Santa Cruz at the end of April. I have always been a Chevy person. I really enjoy my Santa Cruz and look forward to my next drive. I highly recommend the 2.5 with the turbo. All kinds of power and increased towing capabilities. I have also got several compliments on the classy look.

Dealer experience and initial quality disappointing

This is my second Santa Cruz, so obviously I like certain aspects of this vehicle. The best part about it and what really directed me to purchase it was the towing capacity. I found the dealer experience to be lacking, from my purchasing dealer, and from other dealers I've gone to for service. The car also has a whining noise that will need to be resolved.

The best of both worlds

Perfect for him and her. We needed a vehicle that could haul off the trash, carry wood, yet be a comfortable SUV at the same time. We saw the Santa Cruz and instantly fell in love. This is that perfect compromise vehicle for both of us. It is fun to drive. Only a few changes: the step-over to get in the front is very high.
