Customer friendly

They were very good to work with. Tried to make sure is good with the car. One question couldn’t be answered by anyone but they tried. The problem still exists. I have had a problem with the fuel/distance to empty gauges. They aren’t working properly. I was told to watch and see if it corrects itself. So far it hasn’t and neither gauge is right so I guess at when it is about 1/4 of a tank. Hopefully there is a solution. The computer checked showed everything good so they are not sure why the problem exists.

Santa Fe Sport - Great SUV!

The Santa Fe Sport has been a dependable vehicle for me to own and operate. It's a joy to drive and the ride is outstanding. Everyone who rides in it loves it. Heated and cooled leather seats are a huge bonus.

A great value for the money

The appearance of the Santa Fe caught my eye, the roomiest, comfort, power and extra features that are standard, caught my attention. The value made it A Sale. I’ve had it for three years now and enjoy driving as much now as when I bought.

2 blind spots

2 blind spots, which can cause accidents. Otherwise, love the car. Like more variety of color interior and exterior. Bluelink should be free. SirusXM should be free for the price of this vehicle.

Workhouse

This SUV has been up and down the East coast from Maine to Key West. Through snow, flooding, ice and 100 degree weather. 44000 miles and no mechanical problems. All you ask for in a vehicle. Fast enough for the highway and comfortable enough for long drives.

I have owned eight Hyundai,s they have all been reliable ,little problems nothing major with any of them! Having eight Hyundai,s Santa Fes,Sonatas Elantras,one Tuson says it all!!And I would not buy a car from any where but Cochran!

I look at a number of cars and selected the Hyundai for its price and rating.

I find that the vehicle is very good and it meets my driving requirements. I am 86 and drive approx. 6,000 miles per year I have selected this car from a group of four cars and have been very satisfied. I purchased this car in Arizona and had it shipped to Penna which is now my home residence.

Santa Fe sport

I just love my Santa Fe sport. I had a regular Santa Fe before this one but wanted an upgrade with more features. I love the rear backup camera it is so wide and easy to see and the warning beeps are so nice. Especially when driving on the thruway. You don't have to worry about blind spots because the car will tell you if someone is there. Love the heated steering wheel and seats are heated or cooled. My favorite car I have ever owned.

Like ease of driving. All safety features are good. Backup camera and side cameras are so helpful. Next car will want cameras all around especially front to help with parking.

The safety features such as side cameras and backup cameras are very helpful. Also like ease of seat adjustments and steering adjustments. Like ease of driving and appearance of car. Would buy car again.

I bought this vehicle new and not sorry at all. It is a wonderful SUV. Very dependable, drives great too. The price was very good too. I love this SUV. I'm going to keep it a long time. When it's time to trade I will get another one.

Great Car

Thank you for a "Great Car". When the 2020 model comes out, I will be in line for my next car. Santa Fe Sport is a great running car. In the past four years, I have not had any problems with my car. However, I could use a handle over the driver side of the car to help this poor old man get in and out of the car without any problem. Thank you.

2015 Santafe

We've put on over 80,000 miles in less than 4 years and the vehicle has performed great with no problems. It's a tad noisy but not unexpected for an SUV. It rides comfortably and has good load capacity. One thing I don't like is the spare tire storage under the vehicle. It would be better to have the tire stored in a sunken well inside the vehicle. Overall I like the vehicle and would recommend it to people.

We live this Vehicle

We love our Hyundai Santa Fe and would not hesitate to purchase another one when the need for a new vehicle arises. Santa Fe has more room inside than other models in same class. It also has wonderful comfortable seats and drives/handles perfectly. We love this car!

I like my car!!

I’m happy with the vehicle. I think it would be a good idea to change the hands on the front doors so after you get into the seat you would be better able to grab a handle to close the door without having to reach so far to grab onto something.

Disappointed with Hyundai for only the second time.

We were excited to purchase a Hyundai SUV for what is designed to be my wife's final car. Unfortunately this Sunday does not live up to the experience we have had with our sonata. It has the 2.0 turbo engine but it seems like the turbo has never really run cleanly and efficiently. Upon acceleration it just seems to load up and not accelerate smoothly. The latest factory recall is for concern over rod bolts damaging the internal components of the engine. so while I now have a new software system that will alert me to the banging in the engine I guess I am to assume that the engine will need to be worked on at some point in its life cycle. planning to keep this car for over 200,000 miles I am not exactly thrilled with the hundred and thirty thousand mile extended warranty that Hyundai is already offering due to this issue.

No Apple CarPlay

Enjoy the drive and handling but disappointed Apple CarPlay is not available. This car 2015 Santa Fe 2.0T ultimate has 7 or 8 inch touchscreen navigation and Hyundai hasn’t made the CarPlay update available even though the 2015 Sonata and 2015 Genesis have CarPlay updates. I just had a required engine software update to detect a possible occurance of a future bearing vibration in the Theta II engines. The software update seemed to improve engine response and gas mileage but it was more of a seat of the pants estimation and a feeling while driving.
