A practical, comfortable, efficient hybrid

Comfortable, quiet, practical, efficient, with decent performance. The limited version is fully equipped, including driving assist features. Minor issues: blinkers sometimes complain in rain (unresolved but rare), oil pan gasket had to be replaced. No other problems.

Great Vehicle

I love almost everything about my Hyundai Tucson! Out of the two SUV's that I have, the Tucson is my favorite!! The features and the app are of great appeal. The lane-watch when signaling is a plus and one of the biggest selling points for me. I love being able to start my vehicle from a distance to allow it to get to the desired temperature before I get into it. The list of things that I love go on and on!

Tuscan Hybrid AC Issue

I had been having issues with my AC from February to August, anytime I was stopped or parked the AC would work but the moment I started to drive the AC would blow HOT AIR. The day it started acting up I took it in and I spoke with Janeen in service she took the time to evaluate my vehicle right on the spot and called one of the technicians to look at my vehicle right then and there. They checked me in and within a few days they were able to diagnose the issue and in a total of 8 days I had my vehicle back. Very happy and please with the level of service I received and blessed to have my vehicle back.

Pretty satisfied.

My only complaint has to do with the touch screen. To change the radio station you use the touch screen. It usually does not easily engage the station but scrolls up or down away from the station you want to hear

This car sucks, run don’t walk away!

We were sold this vehicle because we said we wanted a great air conditioner. When it never worked, the top service manager said we should have known not to buy an EV hybrid if we wanted to air conditioner to work. The car was a lemon and the service was the worst we’ve ever experienced.

Great suv

The Tucson is a well made and good vehicle. It is priced better than the comparable vehicles of this size from other manufacturers and we could get a hybrid. It was hard to find hybrid in this style when we purchased.

Hybrid is the way to go.

Great ride for a vehicle this size. The hybrid version has a quiet comfortable ride with great gas mileage. Perfect for Florida when stopped at a light or stuck in traffic the air conditioning still works but the engine is not running and wasting gas. The vehicle has tons of safety features. Highly recommended.

Exceeds expectations in almost all areas. Complaints are superficial - wish it was a stick shifter instead of buttons, and wish you could turn off the beeping noise when reversing with the hybrid.

2023 Tucson hybrid review by DTH

We've been very pleased with the Tucson. the items of concern are few but are: 1) door panel need to have cupholder spots and rear center cupholders are too small and shallow. 2) The homelink garage door button needs to work when the vehicle is shut off and not only when it is running. 3) We've had a persistent rattle at highway speeds on the driver's side quarter panel area just ahead of the dash. 4) The HVAC fan makes a soft shrill sound when running at lower speeds. I've had the vehicle in for items 1, 3, and 4 and paid over $200 for them to tell me that they could not replicate the noises yet they are apparent to us nearly all the time.

Unreliable first few months of ownership.

Car stalled while driving several times with only 8,000 miles. Was in to dealer at least four times in first several weeks of ownership. An unresolved software issue. Still not completely comfortable it will not happen again.
