Beautiful car. Problematic wiring system.

Within the first year it started having warning lights go off that couldn't be diagnosed. After 8 months, it started locking up the steering wheel and -- though it was taken to the dealership immediately (several times) -- they could not replicate the problem. Otherwise it was a really sweet ride. Though it was clearly a lemon,Hyundai refused to replace it or buy it back. For these reasons, I doubt I will ever buy this brand again.

Love My Tucson Hybrid

I got this after a disaster purchase of a Subaru during the worst (well, at the time) time to purchase a new vehicle. ALL dealers included Dealer Markups which I wasn't willing to pay. Subaru didn't and Hyundai just didn't have cars available. Go figure. Anyway, Subaru was a mistake. I had never purchased a Subaru and never will again...!!! First of all, it wasn't a hybrid and the mileage was WORSE than my Rogue that I had before and my Rogue was 10 years old with only 5K miles. So, I was in the market for a hybrid and found it thanks to Peter...!!! It's not perfect but it is comfortable for me and my husband, who is a big man. It will probably be my last car... thank you, Hyundai and Peter...!!!

Vehicle is reliable and performance is as advertised.

The reliability is great. The mileage is excellent. Safety seems to be good. Comfort and features are excellent. I appreciate the use of buttons to control many features. On the negative side is the software. I have personal digital and button settings and I expect when I turn on the vehicle, it will recall all my personal settings. Sometimes it remembers all of my settings and other times some or even all settings are gone. I have the latest firmware updates.

Great car, with minor flaws

I love my Tucson HEV. It’s a great fun car to drive. My disappointment is in the quality of the paint, and the lack of settings being saved The paint scratches very easily for me and has ended up very scratched up The drive mode, auto hold and other settings are not preserved between driving sessions and I hate having to constantly cycle back to my preferences. Using auto start sets you climate control to 72 degrees, it should just leave it where I set it

Have enjoyed the Tucson wanted plugin but not available in my state at time of purchase The vehicle is great my only complaint is when I purchased it dealer told me wireless apple carplay would be coming in a software update.

Tucson hybrid 2023

Great, stylish vehicle with smooth ride. Good acceleration with quiet engine. Nice handling in curves. Good sound system and many nice tech and safety features. Only area of a little frustration is the outside recessed automatic door lock. Pretty glitchy. Must be pressed “just right” to lock.
