Great car except for the warning sound when it is put into reverse. It is way too loud and disturbs my neighbors.

Heater is not accurate temperature and lights in the trunk for limited

Went back several times and the mechanic cannot assist with the heater. It's only hot when it's turned on to it's Max but if you lower it by 1-2 degrees it's blowing cool air vs warmth. There's no good lighting in the trunk at night.

Great Car!

The hybrid Tucson offers comfort and fuel economy in one package, plus power when you need it. It also has a lot of room with the back seats down for hauling cargo.

Solid Safe Comfortable Ride but Backup Warning Sound is TOO LOUD

The comfort and safety features are exceptional. The on-line help and videos are great. Only negative is the too loud warning sound when reversing.

Very pleased with this car. Notable features include performance, quick pick up when needed, comfort, attention to detail (e.g. option control for heat:air for one to save energy ), and comfort (yes, nice seat warming option, cushioning, and seating good for my back as my back likes to be upright —not in a slouching position).

This is my first Hyundai and I don’t have many complaints. Overall it is a great car, it has been reliable so far and the dealer mechanics have been great. Some small complaints about some features, but nothing major.

Very nice car - MPG is way off though

Everything is just about perfect, but after about 5000 miles, I realize that I will never be able to achieve the 37/36 that it is purported to get. More like 32-33, which may be close enough for some people but is is like 12% lower than expected in my book.

Tuscan looks nice, is comfortable to drive, gets very good gas mileage. Warranty is the best…and sold me! I actually wanted a Santa Cruz hybrid 4x4. Are you coming out with one??
