Great gas mileage. Heated seats are such a nice option to have. All-leather interior is super comfortable. Great control / handling, especially in the winter with AWD! Seats 4 people comfortably... 5 people, if you really need to.
Being a "car" owner before, it took some getting used to hearing things in the "trunk" of the Tucson moving around during transit. I was disappointed to find that my golf clubs would not fit in this trunk, due to the wheel-wells occupying a significant amount of the lateral trunk space. So on golf days - I either need to fold down one of the rear seats & lay them front-to-back, or if I want to lay them side-to-side, I definitely need to use the entire back seat.
Suspension on this compact SUV is pretty rigid (read: rough). You'll definitely feel every little bump on the road. I bought some new, cushier tires after 40K miles, to try to smoothen the ride.
Also, the 2 cargo bars that span the width of the roof can create a howling noise if they are not positioned a certain way. If yours howl when you drive, try repositioning them - the sound will eventually go away.
