IN 37000 MILES WE HAVE ONLY HAD TO DO REGULAR SERVICE. NO MAJOR OR MINOR PROBLEMS. MY WIFE LOVES IT. sSORT TURNING RADIUS MAKES FOR EASY PARKING IN CROWDED PARKING LOTS.

Tucson Hyundai

I was a Honda buyer for many years and then I bought my first Hyundai in 2004, it was as an Elantra, I was impressed. Then I bought a Santa Fe, although nice, too big for me, I'm 5 feet tall. Then the glorious day came when I bought my first Tucson 2009 it was perfect like Consumers says "It is the perfect car" like a car and the luxury of a SUV. I am now on my 2nd Tucson 2013 fully loaded and better than ever. I convinced two of my friends to buy Tucson's and they love them. We have great conversations about ours Tucson's. My next car will be a Tucson and it will be red, my first time for a red car. I am 71 years old and have owned cars since my 18th birthday.

Love my Tucson

I have had my 2013 Tucson XL (fully loaded) for two years I haven't had any problems with it since I purchased it used. The only thing I have done is oil changes, at Gary Rome. It has 28,000 miles on it and runs excellent.

Tucson

I really like everything about my Tucson except that lights and such stay on while the hatch is up, thus running down the battery. The entire reason for having a hatchback is to be able to leave it up while I have dogs crated in the back at events. I can't do this. Would keep me from buying this vehicle again. Real shame because I like everything else.

Love it.

I love my Tucson. I bought a 2013 Tucson from Mitchell hyundai after having rented an equinox. I thought about the Sante Fe, but ultimately found that the Tucson was a better fit. Great size, handles well and is just a joyful ride. Will definitely be a repeat buyer.

Style and Interior better than most in the same price class

So far the only major complaint is the vehicle is underpowered. It drives just fine on mor or less level roads and handle small hills as well. But get into any mountainous areas and the small engine really has to huff and puff. On a trip to the Blue Ridge Mountain area. the Tucson really had difficulty making the climb at times. We like the vehicle but will need to look at other makes or Hyundai models, like the Santa Fe with a more powerful engine. Have chosen and driven Santa Fe's when I had to rent and I am impressed with the bigger engine. Also, the Santa Fe drives differently than the Tucson and I like it more. The Santa Fe is bigger but it seems, to me at least, it drives "smaller" I was told the rental agencies do not rent the Sport model with the Turbo and that is unfortunate as you really need to drive a vehicle for 2 to 3 days to really become familiar with the vehicle. Test drives do very little. Still I recommend the Tucson in the class of vehicle it finds itself.
