I've enjoyed my Tucson

With only 22,000 miles on it I shouldn't be having problems getting my drivers door to open; but this is the only issue I've had with it & I feel comfortable getting in it & going where-ever I want to & don't really worry about breaking down. The mileage is good but not quite as good as I was told that it would be.

My Tuscon

I think for a used car with 22,000 miles when I purchased , it is a good car for my stage in life. Since I have only had it for 3000 miles, the verdict is still out on reliability. I had some issues with the air conditioner but the device department got it fixed for me.

Hyundai Tuscon

I've had many problems with this particular model, 2016 Hyundai Tuscon. Specifically the transmission which they have indicated "it's made this way". Other minor problems that have been corrected immediately, but still too many since I've purchased it new.

My Hyundai Tucson.

I really enjoy driving my SUV. It is good on gas mileage and I have recommended the car to some of my friends. The seats are to adjust and very comfortable. My daughter and I took a long trip and she and I were not tired of riding for as long as we did between stops. We were happy with the comfort of the long drive.

Love love love my Tucson!

My Tucson is my favorite suv ever. It’s like the fairy tale Goldilocks. Not to big, not to small, just right. I can maneuver it perfectly and I can pack up the back full with DIY projects and still have room to spare. The back seats fold down allowing me even more space to fit in that sudden furniture find. My Tucson is the best for traveling distances and great with gas mileage or perfect for little errands nearby. It’s the best of both worlds. I highly recommend a Tucson for everyone.

Noise

While driving, especially down the freeway, the inside noise level is way to loud. Sounds like a door is ajar or a window is partway down when in fact that is not the case. It makes conversation rather difficult.

Very Nice

It's great for our family we got it after my son was born because we needed more room. It is much bigger on the inside than you would think I am over 6 feet tall and it is very comfortable. The touch back gate is great I never realized how much of a hassle it was manually shutting a trunk before.

WAS SOLD A CAR THAT DID NOT HAVE THE FEATURES I THOUGHT IT DID

I HAD TAKEN MY SANTA FE IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY GAVE ME THE CAR I BOUGHT AS A LOANER AND I WAS IMPRESSED. ESPECIALLY WITH THE AUTO FEATURES AND THE SALESMAN SAID WHEN I ASKED IF IT HAD AUTO BRAKING AND HE RESPONDED THAT "THIS BABY IS LOADED". OF COURSE IT IS NOT AND HE KNEW THAT I HAD NO IDEA WHETHER IT DID OR NOT...THEN I WAS RUSHED INTO BUYING THE CAR BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH.....LAST DAY OF SEPTEMBER.....GOT OUT OF MY SICK BED TO GO DOWN AND SIGN THE PAPERS.....SINCE IT WAS NIGHT AND I FELT SO BAD I WAS NOT UP TO BEING INSTRUCTED IN HOW TO OPERATE THE CAR....THE SALESMAN SAID NOT TO WORRY HE WOULOD COME TO MY HOME THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND TAKE ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND THAT WAS THE LAST I EVER HEARD FROM GATEWAY....WHEN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT INQUIRED WHY I HAD NOT COME IN FOR MY SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE ETC. AND I SHARED MY UPSET ABOUT THE CAN WITH HIM.....HE ARRANGED FOR ME TO COME DOWN AND MEET WITH MANAGEMENT AND GET FREE SERVICE.....I DID JUST THAT ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IT WAS TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT...ALSO STATED THAT THE SALESMAN WHO ASSISTED ME WAS NO LONGER WITH THEM.....AT THIS SERVICE I FOUND THIS NOT TO BE TRUE AND SAW THE GUY WORKING THERE. GOD HELP THE FOLKS WHO FALL INTO HIS HANDS OR THAT MANAGER. AS I SAID I HAD DEALT WITH GATEWAY FOR YEARS AND BELEAVED EVERY THING I WAS TOLD....BUT THAT DEALERSHIP HAS HAD A DRASTIC CHANGE AND I FEEL DIRTY EVERY TIME I SEE ANYONE IN SALES OR MANAGEDMENT.

Great vehicle!

I love everything about my Tucson! Because of the safety alert sound and blinking lights when I am backing up or changing lanes, this car has literally saved my life numerous times when I would otherwise driven myself into a potentially deadly situation! This safety device has be invaluable for me! The only thing I've seen in all cars that I don't like is the part of the seat that is supposed to support my back. I don't like how they curve in deeper. My body is positioned very awkwardly when I sit. I am 5'2. The headrest is tilted forward which makes me want to remove it! Talk about neck and hair problems! This is so uncomfortable for me that I MUST place a pillow to support my lower back. For some reason, all vehicles are shaped this way. This formation of the seat stresses my back so much when traveling that I am not able to drive without a pillow to support my back. I understand that a lot of friends and family of mine feel the same way!

Great Economical SUV

A nice compact, economical SUV. I would like to see California open more hydrogen-refueling stations since it is still very limited. I have run out of fuel 3 times in 2 years due to not having enough fuel to make it to a station and/or finding the station empty when I arrived.

18000 miles and we were told the front end needs work. I would think this is not normal for a new car.

This car is fun to drive as long as you are in sport mode. If you are in ECO you have to wait for your exceleration to kick in. We are concerned about how reliable this vehicle is since we have 18,000 miles on it and were told the front end needs work because of how the tires are wearing out.

My Tucson

I love my Tucson! Right after I got it we went on vacation (3 adults & 2 children) to Alabama. The ride was comfortable and great gas mileage. The only problem I have is the headlights. I wish they were brighter cause I have a hard time seeing at night. Country roads aren’t very lighted very well.

Best Mid-Size SUV for the money and quality vehicle.

I test drove all the big name Mid Size SUV’s on the market. Hands down the Tucson is hard to beat. My vehicle has meet all my expectations for comfort and luxury. Why pay $20 or $35,000 more for a stick in the mud Brand SUV? The gas mileage and warranty says it all, plus the good looks and technology is two years ahead of the competition. The huge moon roof is very classy and all the safety devices make my family feel secure. I like it.

I feel the vehicle is a good looking good value with the exception of the transmission. The dual clutch transmission has been a problem from the start knowing what I now know I would not have purchased it. The way the transmission performs is not safe, this vehicle is an accident waiting to happen I would not recommend this vehicle.
