Very refined and comfortable!

In February of 2016 I purchased my wife and 2016 Santa Fe sport and we have been so satisfied with the dealership, service, and performance of the vehicle that when it was time to trade in my accord I didn't hesitate to go to Headquarter Hyundai. I liked the Tucson personally and had test drive the 2016 model. The 2017 AWD I purchased is comfortable, roomy (I am a large man) and refined. If you are looking for a quality SUV please consider a Hyundai, my family is very satisfied and I love my new car!

I love my new Tucson. I sits up higher and I no longer have back problems which I had from my Sonata. I sat too low in my Sonata. Drives nice , good mileage. I'm happy with it.

Love the car not too big but not too small. Really easy for a person 6.2 to get in and out of. Easy to park. Love the back that automatically opens up. Easy to drive and comfortable.

Less expensive than CR-V or RAV4 with equal features!

We love our 2017 Tucson! It is the 1.6 liter turbocharged Sport model, and we are glad we shopped around before purchasing our Tucson. The only white Tucson that the dealer had in stock had beige interior, but we asked if one with grey interior was available from another dealer. It was, and so two days later, we were driving home in the vehicle we wanted! It has every feature we could want and then some. It is nice to explore all the features! We are still learning about our Tucson and loving what we have discovered!

Unexpected and VERY GOOD!

Hyundai may have made a game-changing move with their TDI offer. Otherwise I'd never have looked at their brand. So here I am with a Passat I can't drive because the repurchase offer was too great to take a chance of no damage for an unknown time and an offer from some Korean company to discount their product offerings... Seriously discount their offerings! So...Over to the Hyundai store. Strange little beasts these Santa Fe's and Tuscons. Options remain to this moment a mystery but the price with discounts was very attractive. I chose a Santa Fe and told the salesman that I'd be be over in the morning to settle the deal. Before I went in I walked the line once more. Lo and behold a fully optioned Tuscon with all the options I wanted and none of the fluff I didn't. On into sales and the price recalculated. Somewhere it occurred to me that my wife should be informed that our red Santa Fe has become a gray Tuscon. Back to the dealer and as we walked in I was informed that I should have brought my checkbook. You might deduce that I was immediately prepared to pitch a fit... Until the salesperson shared that he'd found another $1000 of discounts. Tell me how many times that happens. Summary and Review? Now 2000 miles on a vehicle I like more each day. High praise from someone prepared to settle for a mediocre car and being delivered a car that competes with vehicles priced far above.

Second Tucson

Enjoying the 2017 Tucson. Had a 2005. Much updated. My favorite things are the three modes for driving (economy, sport, regular), which effect gas mileage to a degree. The uphill/downhill assist. The comfort and ride. The MPG, about 28. The dashboard trip information (including tire pressures), cruise and outside temperature. The radio is terrific. The handling is terrific, too. It's a quiet ride. Upon start-up, the computer checks the vehicle systems, which contributes to peace of mind. And, the doors close solidly. All-in-all, it's a wonderful vehicle.

A good choice

Looking for a vehicle with up-to-date safety features that was easy to enter and exit, provided good gas mileage, had a comfortable ride and good visibility (especially) at night for a reasonable price. We found all that and more in the Tucson!

Overall first impressions.

The car looks really good, and I think it does what it says on the tin but there are things that spoil the overall enjoyment. The ride is comfortable when not entirely noiseless, it is bearable.
