As mentioned earlier in survey..a little disappointed that I was not made aware of the availability of remote start with Blue Link...instead, when I inquired about Remote Start, they charged me extra to have an "after-market" remote start added which made my monthly payment go up & they put an "after-market" remote start on car, which I had specifically mentioned I did not want any 'after-market' products on my vehicle (bad experience with previous vehicles). Again, not sure why I was not told about BlueLink by salesperson or the guy who runs the numbers.....very disappointed with this. My husband has called the dealership about this experience & still no word about the possibility of extending my Blue Link subscription without any out-of-pocket costs to me or doing something to make-up for the dealer's oversight on this product.
