I loved it until a small part broke keeping the car off the road and inconveniencing me greatly.

I loved the car until it needed a repair that affected it's safety features and kept it off the road for 6 days. I was enjoying it until that day. The thing I most loved was the reliability and safety which both disappointed when it needed the repair. would have gotten my recommendation and mostly 9's and 10's before that.

Solid Vehicle, Pleasantly Surprised

I was a long-time lessee of BMW vehicles. After the last lease on an X3 ended, I decided to look at more reasonably priced vehicles in that class. The Tucson fit the bill and I purchased a 2018. After the first 5000 miles, I'm happy with my decision.

Excellent

Great vehicle. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good gas mileage and love the AWD. The price was reasonable for the options I received. My only complaints were when pulling out from a stop the vehicle is sluggish and wished they automatically come with running boards.

Love It!

This is one of the best vehicles I have owned. It's got its quirks but they are easy to deal with. The Caribbean Blue color is fabulous. It get more comments on the color every where we go. I highly recommend this car.

2018 Tucson

Overall a great vehicle. But it needs a better quality engine (tends to hesitate upon acceleration) and the doors need to be sealed better. Too much outside wind noise when driving. But the overall appearance is very nice. Seats are extremely comfortable.

Hyundai Tucson is such a nice vehicle.

I really love such a vehicle. This vehicle is one that looks very nice both from the outside and inside. It is honestly very technologically savvy. I also love the space it has and how such seats are such that can make room for bigger items.

Hyundai Tuscon 2018

This upgrade (2018) from my lovely 2013 Tuscon is really nice. It has lots of space and drives well. I like the fact that the diagnostics are right in front me but the only drawback for me is the absence of a compass on the rear view mirror.

Transmission runs like a smart shifter everything else about the Tucson is great love the style and the handling I have all the features in all the right places haven't driven in the snow yet so not sure how it will handle

Very Nice ride

I love my car. It is a great car for the money. It is very stylish and comfortable. I give a 4 because of the blue link remote starter. Many time this winter it did not work. I called the place their tower was out and the other time I could not call through too busy due to issues with the app. I am counting on the remote starter in winter time and right now it is not happening! I hope they fix it very quick!

Happy with Tucson

I really like my new Tucson. The only two things it doesn't have that I wished it did is front wheel drive and a CD player. It is a comfortable vehicle and has lots of room for carrying bags and boxes and, of course, my dog. lol The vehicle handles well on the highway and in town. I am very happy with it to date.

2018 Tucson AWD...GREAT VALUE FOR THE DOLLAR!

I bought a Value Trim level and I've put a little over 10,000 miles on it so far. I love the features, especially the Apple Carplay all though it sometimes doesn't display the music playlist every time. (Sometimes I have to work the music selections from my phone.), and I'm getting around 32-34 on the highway (I'm usually setting the cruise at 58-60mph) Advertised highway is 28 mpg. The ride is good for a smaller SUV and I can get our Kayaks on it easily enough as well. The panoramic roof is nice, but there is some noticeable wind noise with roof racks on it. My seats are a very light silver color, so paying extra attention to keeping the interior clean can be a slight challenge with 3 boys, so I would recommend the dark interior color. I sprang to upgrade my 5 year/60,000 mile warranty to a 120,000 bumper to bumper warranty directly from Hyundai mainly because I'm putting on 22-25,000 miles a year and I would burn through the regular warranty fairly quickly. On the Value there's some expensive to fix options that I didn't want to pay out of pocket. (moonroof, dual a/c system, touchscreen, heated seats, not to mention the 4wd, engine, transmission) Hopefully I won't have to use, but it's there if I have to.

My Tucson

Great vehicle/suv - I like the way it handles the road. It's just enough space for me. I do not like that it doesn't have the driving assistance, my Sonata 2015 had that feature and it's really awesome. My sales rep. stated that SUV's don't have that feature which is a lie.

2018 Leased Tucson

Overall I love the vehicle, the external look, the ride, the gas mileage. The only drawback is the transmission matter with the hesitation in the acceleration from 0-5 mph with the 1.6 Turbo engine.

Good Value, Not Many Bells & Whistles

I choose the Tucson because of the lower maintenance and repairs reviews. I wanted a car with better gas mileage. Not much better with this vehicle over my 14 year old vehicle, but I have piece of mind this car will get me from A to Z. I just miss the bells and whistles, smoother ride of my previous vehicle. Not great, but it will do.

Comfortable seating, plenty of leg room

I like the vehicle, looks nice, I feel it could use some rear passenger control and extra charging port, it’s an okay vehicle. I am not going to jump for joy about it. It does it’s job, which is getting me from point a to point b.

GREAT CAR FOR THE MONEY!

I NEEDED TO REPLACE MY 15 YO/205K FABULOUS 2003 LEXUS RX300. I WANTED A COMPACT 4WD SUV, BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND $50K FOR ANOTHER LEXUS. MY RESEARCH AND THE HUGE NUMBER OF FOLKS I KNOW DRIVING KIAS AND HYUNDAIS TOLD ME THAT THE 2018 KOREAN CARS WERE AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN THE HIGH-END JAPANESE BRANDS WERE IN 2003, AT JUST ABOUT HALF THE PRICE. I FOUND THIS TO BE TRUE. I TEST DROVE THE KIA SPORTAGE AND HYUNDAI TUCSON. THEY WERE VERY SIMILAR, BUT THE INTERIOR OF THE TUCSON WAS MUCH ROOMIER, WHICH IS IMPORTANT FOR A BIG GUY. THE TUCSON IS WELL DESIGNED, WELL MADE, AND WELL EQUIPPED; THEY ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THE RIDE QUALITY AND NOISE LEVELS OF THE HYUNDAI IS HARSHER AND LOUDER THAN THE SMOOTH, QUIET RIDE OF MY LEXUS. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL IMPROVE AS THE CAR IS BROKEN IN. THIS IS NOT SURPRISING GIVEN THE $20K+ PRICE DIFFERENCE! THE HYUNDAI IS A GREAT CAR FOR THE MONEY!
