Tucson 2018

I did not realize when I purchased the auto that there was no CD player in it. I am old school, and this was a great disappointment to me. Also, I did not realize the length of the auto would prevent me from opening the hatch in my garage without first opening up the garage door. Another disappointment. It's a great car, but "too much" car for me at my age. I don't understand all the features available to me. Don't need a sun roof in Florida.

Enjoy car, at serves my needs.

Leased car because I had been driving 1 as a loner. Like car rides well has a little get up and go. Trunk area small. going to look into Santa Fe. What something a little bigger. Would have gotten SEL but added cost for seat warmers wasn't worth it

Initial Review

Overall nice vehicle. Good gas mileage. A bit clunky. Somewhat smaller than what I had thought went I test drove. Problems with my cell and bluetooth connecting to this day and I don't know why (wifes connects fine). Brakes very noisy went damp or cold until they warm up.

Great CSUV

I love my Tuscon, It is much smaller then my Santa Fe sport is but it has the same comfort and drive style. it has amazing gas economy I drive about 60-70 miles each day to work and I manage to be able to only use 1 tank of gas. The engine could use a little pep she goes once your going but doesn't have enough power to get out of the highway in a quick min. it takes a few to get her moving. I miss my Turbo!

2018 Tuscon

Love this SUV. Drives like a car. Gas mileage is awesome. Doesn't have any pep at all, though. The new ones have a bigger engine, but the touch screen is pretty out of place sticking up like that. Eww.

2018 Hyundai Tucson SEL

Great purchase, I enjoy the ride, gas is good, just would like a CD player and other SEL features in the Elantra SEL. This is my 3rd Hyundai didn't notice the CD player was missing until I went to play one ?. My other 2 had one, still trying to figure out something for that.

My Hyundai Tucson

I absolutely love my Hyundai Tucson. It handles well. The ride is smooth and comfortable. My riders always ask what kind of car they are riding in ((I drive for two ride-share companies). As I was waiting for my car to have it’s normal maintenance service I was walking around the showroom and fell in love with the Hyundai Tucson Sport. I would love to trade up when it’s time.

Hyundai Tucson Sel Plus

Performance is premium for me. Performance for a reasonable price. So far, l enjoy driving this vehicle except for the rattles. On smooth pavement noise level is minimal. On surfaces that are not smooth, rattles are quite evident. Attention should be paid to rub points throughout body of car, especially with so much hard plastic.

Happy with Vehicle

I'm surprised that a 2018 vehicle doesn't have daytime running lights. This is a safety issue because the automatic lights don't always come on if there's still enough light, so I need to remember to turn on my lights. I can't believe that a vehicle with such safety features and ratings doesn't have basic daytime running lights. This is a head scratcher. This vehicle also takes a long time to warm up in cold weather for a 2018.

A good car

I am happy that I purchased this vehicle. It is comfortable and reliable. This is my third Hyundai and it has been as good as the others. The only negative that I have encountered is in the acceleration. My Elantra was better.

The push buttons below the shifter to lock the vehicle in 4 wheel are in a bad location, they are easily pressed by a purse or my pet. They should be on the dash somewhere and not in the open. Key bob..,my key keeps separating from the push buttons. Keybob is too sensitive, just a little psi in my pocket it goes into panic or the other buttons too. I wish the transmission was an 8 speed not 6.

Excellent vehicle....Has all the extra’s that are included on vehicle model. My 5th Tucson at Pugi. Wish the driver seat belt would retract all the time....on all 5 Tucsons. Also when you roll up driver and passenger windows the condensation is not removed....Rubber stripping and Winfield track should be s tighter fit??? Again on all 5 Tucson’s!

Love my Tucson

I love my Tucson and I was already looking into buying another one because in the next year or two my husband is going to need a new vehicle. I loved the look of the 2019 Tuscon. The way they designed the interior of the 2019 and with the 2.4ltr engine.

Good but not great

Overall it’s a decent vehicle but has issues. Had to take it back because a cam sensor went. Then there was an obnoxious amount of air/road noise in the interior. For a 2018 was very disappointed with this. Took it back and took the tech for a drive. Didn’t detect what we were experiencing but recommended replacing the window seals. Didn’t change. We did purchase base model but was shocked to see no air vents in the rear passenger section. Even though the air should flow back, it doesn’t. Luckily we don’t transport many passengers

Great Vehicle

After my first 10k miles in the 2018 Tucson SEL+ fwd, I wish that it had a little more power for accelerating, and locks that engage automatically when you walk away from the vehicle( so if you forget to lock it, (kids and thieves can't get in). Also if the blue link could start the seat warmer that would be awesome.
