My Tucson

Great small SUV, value but great features and extras. love the remote start app, super convenient. Rim's are super stylish but the outside trim needs an update to match the rest of the vehicle. Great ride.

No issue with the vehicle; I actually love it! it drives great and I really enjoy the Apple play. But, I must be honest, I'm not happy at all with them loosing my Personal License plate! I would of definitely gave 5 stars if not for the fact I'm riding with an expired Temp plate.

I like the car

I love the car not the experience on the dealers. Not the best customer service. When I purchase the car the sealer promise me something never had. When I went back to the store he wasn’t not long working there anymore. Looks like the works isn’t in the some page, don’t have no idea what their doing.

Good value for the price

Traded in to replace a 2018 Sonata which the kids hated riding in because there was no vents in the back and it was hard to get in and out of because of its height. I bought the SEL pack which included rear air vents solving that issue. This vehicle is so much easier to get in and out of. The other reason I chose the SEL model was more horsepower. The acceleration is just ok. I don't think I would have been happier with less HP. I love the media package and use the integrated Android Play almost every day.

only 600 miles so early to really rate. I like the price and value with the Value package and AWD. The vehicle I bought was an "ad leader" which made it cheaper compared to competitive models. It is fairly easy to use

Cute car and nice ride

I bought the SEL trim & like the extras. Nothing big stands out to complain about but I rated it 4 stars because gas mileage is not good imo. I’m not getting close to what it’s rated which is disappointing. All the safety features are nice though.

Great car. Two complaints though. Why no standard day time running lights. Pretty cheap move on Hyundai as safety should not vary my model. And I wish the gas mileage was better. My 2017 Rav 4 gets almost 10 miles more per gallon.

Nice ride, feature-rich, but poor gas mileage

Really like the car: tech is amazing for the price, particularly the touring trim. The advanced safety features work like a charm, and adaptive cruise control with stop and go is a lifesaver while navigating in rush hour traffic. What I don't like about the car is its really poor gas mileage - the posted estimate is low to start with, I get significantly worse than that - not with my other car, same commute, same driving style, I get the posted average. Also, my rear-view camera seems to be defective, shows very poor resolution - the car has three other cameras, and all of them offer significantly better image quality (bought the car on a rainy day, so couldn't evaluate the quality, which was a mistake). I brought this up with the dealer during the first oil change, they acknowledged the low image quality, but said that unless it goes out completely, they can't do anything, which I find weird and says a lot about Hyundai's corporate culture - primary reason I took a star off, and most likely will not be going for a Hyundai for my next car.

True Blue value

The safety features are a big improvement and help to set your mind at ease when traveling. The new features are up to date with other competitors and in some areas exceed expectations. The easy open rear hatch is very helpful.

Not bad

I purchased my 2019 Hyundai Tucson 2 months ago. So far the only issue I have is that there is barely any acceleration. The vehicle itself is comfortable and the driving is pretty smooth. I'd still recommend this car.

Tuscon Value 2019

The car works well, it's responsive and comfortable. The MPG is exaggerated, I noted carefully since I bought all the stops at the gas stations. The car computer shows an average of 31.5 MPG but my calculus show 28.57 MPG. I drive mainly one highway. A little false advertising.

So far

We just purchased the vehicle in September. We haven’t driven in any bad weather yet. I was driving a 2017 honda civic. I gave up excellent gas mileage. So far I am happy with the Tucson. I hope I continue being happy. This is the first Hyundai we have owned. We have been strictly Honda people. Hopefully we are as happy with this as we were with our Honda pilot.

It’s a pretty decent car and not too high of a price rides good and I have confidence in the brand. The remote start feature with the Bluetooth link is almost useless as it only runs the car for 10 minutes you never remember to start it back up and if it’s 5° below zero the windshields not even going to be defrosted. I think the manufacturer doesn’t understand that people don’t warm up their car… For the..I think the manufacturer doesn’t understand that people don’t warm up their car… For the car... We warm it up so that when we get in at 10 below zero we don’t freeze our butts off on the way to work. It would be nice to have some flexibility in that department

vehicle worth the $$$---gas mileage above average--comfort level is more than satisfactory for driver---passenger in front should have the availability of seat height adjustment/ wind and road noise should be addressed---too excessive while driving.

Warrenty

My Tucson had only 16000 on it and already needed a front end alignment. I drive very carefully and couldn't understand why so early. Dont think I buy another and wife was thinking about getting one. Its ashamed cause I only buy Hyndia

I like the size, only wish it was a bit taller. I find myself having to duck to get in without hitting my head. I have leather seats (I have pets) Bought it to get around during the winter but have not had it long enough to drive in the snow yet. It is has more road noise than I had hoped.

Decent drive

It’s a decent vehicle , good overall good driving comfort experience at a good price when compared to RAV 4 or Honda CRV. Engine makes little noise , steering is a little rough. Easy to switch gears, fuel efficiency is decent. Is comfortable during long drives. Safety features good.

If I Knew then what I know now.

Lacks engine power / throttle response, Accessory driving lights not available. CUP holders not large enough to hold cups except the center console. Inferior cargo space lighting. Less than comfortable front passenger seat.

Amazing!

My 2019 Hyundai Tucson AWD Sport is amazing. At first, I was trying to get a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, but then my sales associate, Willie, showed me my current vehicle, which was in the showroom in front of his desk. Don’t regret making the Tucson my car. It’s runs amazing, the sports drive mode is amazing, keeps me ahead of the slow and distracted drivers lol. Interior is amazing, all the gadgets and gizmos tend to all my needs, and wants as well. Sound system is great. All in all, my 2019 Hyundai Tucson AWD Sport is amazing, smooth, and family approved. You can not go wrong with a Tucson or in general, a Hyundai!
