My new Tuscan

Not only did I have a great experience and barnes crossing Hyundai. I have had a great experience with Hyundai financing over my Tuscan. I've recieved every opportunity to ask questions or request help from the Hyundai corporate offices. Every opportunity for help is there. The vehicle is doing great. It's everything we wanted. And the warranty is phenomenal.

Comfortable and Handles well

I got out of college a few years ago and this is my first vehicle I have bought (my parents bought my first car). The size is perfect for my needs. My mom has MS so comfort was high on my priority scale and she says it is very comfortable. I'm only 5'1" and I can drive the vehicle with no issues; handling is great. My husky likes it as well, and the hair is fairly easy to remove.

Great car

Love this car. The engine is a little loud when idling. Great features. Drives well. Has good acceleration.Very low cabin/road noise. Breaks are very responsive. Comfortable ride. Very stylish. I will definitely buy another Hyundai in the future

Love this car

I wasn't planning on buying a new car but after test driving this car I fell in love. It is gorgeous, it runs really well, and I find it to be very reliable. It is good on gas, and the sport mode really does add pick up! I have only had an issue with android auto and spotify, which I don't think is the car's fault but the app. I wish that there were power seats standard and that the seat fabric was of higher quality. Other than that, I love this car!

Great car withgood safety features. Fun to drive. A little hard to get into the driver seat. Gas mileage could be better. Nice, clear displays on the dash and plenty of leg room for back seat passengers.

True blue

The vehicle rides smooth, however should come equipped with a knob to open back truck and side step as if your short it is difficult to get in and out of vehicle. Back seat should come with a better equipped air conditioning system.

Great handling, gas mileage lower than expected

The Tucson is comfortable, has a great entertainment system and handles well even in snow. The mpg have been significantly lower for me than advertised but other Tucson owners get better mpg’s. I feel like I have a dud. My CRV got 28-32. I love the wide back seat that comfortably seats 3. Visibility is great. Cargo space is not great.

Great car for the money

I bought this car for my daughter is off to college, This is my 5th Hyundai and should be a very reliable vehicle if past experience repeats itself. The only complaint I have is with the stop and go system and the voice recognition. Their should be a way to disable the system until I want to use it if ever. The voice recognition system often has problems recognizing commands.

2019 Hyundai Ultimate

We really enjoy the vehicle, but the roof cracking noise is a continual complaint from my wife. If you have heard the complaint before in the 2019 Tucson Ultimate, I would very much appreciate it if you could fill me in on what should be done to resolve the problem.

Good value vehicle

The Tucson offers a load of features for the money. Much more than other vehicles in the class. It offers a smooth ride with a clear and easy to use instrument display. The vehicle is competitively priced and when Hyundai offers incentives and rebates, it is hard to beat. The only issue so far is that we find the gas mileage to be a bit lower than the competition. We have been averaging about 23 mpg which is lower than the 2008 Toyota RAV4 we had prior to the Tucson. I'm hoping that since the car only has 2300 miles on it to date that as it wears in, the mileage will improve.

Good Car

Overall satisfied with the car. Car lack acceleration when trying to merge with a faster traffic. Ride quality is comfortable for the price. Fuel efficiency is impressive considering the car size. May be a bigger gas tank will help.

Love the design

Great looking car design. I have enjoyed this vehicle mostly (with one engine issue). Size is great. Loved the extra features. Some of the plastic parts of interior are very soft and easily scratch. Overall really have enjoyed. Main concern was the engine sensor issue that was pretty problematic. It was fixed quickly and has not happened again. However, it here is a chance it could then that would be troublesome.

overall good vehicle, speakers could be better. Do not like the lane assist option at all. Living on back country road, very curvy, it was a pain. Could use more headroom, frequently hit my head on roof getting into the car.
