Best ever vehicle for me

The Hyundai Tucson is easily the best vehicle I've ever owned. She's beautiful to look at and a dream to drive. Packed with almost unheard of features covering safety, convenience and comfort. While I browsed the owners manual, i didn't read it as carefully as I could have, which made for some pleasant surprises. It's truly awesome that my 6'+ sons can be comfortable in the back seats if necessary. Usually it's just me and a pomeranian...he likes the car too. But I have had 3 adults, the little dog plus 2 full-grown Huskies in at the same time with no issues.

Overall, I’m satisfied.

The car rides great; my main concern is it’s durability and construction. One of the plastic, wheel-well protectors was torn loose by driving through a puddle. The car is just over 2 years old; I hope this is not a taste of the future, and the car will be falling apart around me.

Dissatisfied with your recall programs. I like the vehicle for the most part. The service department where I am trying to get the recall done not real friendly I am getting kind of pissed with your survey

Great car, great quality

This car is really a great buy. It’s good on gas, comfortable, great in the snow, and it looks good! We recently had snow in NYC and my car was great! No sliding or getting stuck. I love the display on the inside screen, it’s easy to use and the touch screen is awesome!

2019 Tucson

Hyundai has a reputation for quality vehicles. I previously owned a 2006 Hyundai Tucson and was very satisfied with it overall. I hoped to have the same experience with this vehicle. When I get ready to replace it, I will consider another, but not necessarily the same sales team.

How ? I love it

This is the 1st time have driven a larger car and I love driving it. I have problems with my knees and back, it's definitely better for that problem. I will never drive a small car again. Hyundai will be my car of choice. Love it.

Solid Choice

Good Choice for daily driver and around town. I prefer a bit larger SUV for long trips. FWD does "ok in the snow but OEM tire could be better. Gas mileage is "ok" but I am not the the most efficient driver. Over all decent choice for a smaller SUV with great features that does not break the bank.

Need to have better ability to handle recalls . Telling people not to park in garage until recall is complete. For me that is going to be a long time I guess as it has been over 5 weeks so far and still noo call from dealer (Gettel of Punta Gorda as to when I may get a call. My vehicles are vin km8j33alxku865894 with 7113 miles anvinkm8jaaal8ku896819 with 17100 miles . Purchased from Obrien Fort Myers a 35 mile drive from Punta Gorda.Should have down there for recall rather than Gettel. Gettel also charges 3 percent if not paid with cash,

Good basic SUV, engine performance could be better. Appears to be very reliable and easy to understand the controls. The engine compartment is easy to understand fluid levels during a routine check. Good front visibility.

My Tucson Value

This is an excellent vehicle for the money! Undoubtedly! I only wish that the lift gate wasn't manual. It's great looking and it rides very nicely AND handled well in bad weather! I'm very satisfied with this SUV!

Good vehicle for the price

For the most part i am overall satisfied with the vehicle. I think for a small suv that the gas mileage would have been been better. And remote start should have been standard equipment on this model for the price.

Good vehicle but one major concern

So far its been a great vehicle. The only concern and its big is it had a recsll thst involved a software update to the engine. The engine on it still is way louder than it should be after the dealership did the recall. This concerns me that long term there still might engine issues down the road. Im hoping not because i like the vehicle a lot

This was the first time I purchased a car on my own. I was talked into purchasing the maintenance package, the value for what it cost and the value of the program is not worth the price. Lastly, I over paid for the car.

I do love this SUV it has very good mileage I get between 25.5 up to 26.7 miles per gallons easy to drive my GPS works very well and very satisfied but my Santa FE was also a great SUV that I enjoyed, probably will go back to Santa Fe on my next Suv providing they make a hybrid

So comfortable!

I was looking to replace my 2012 Chrysler 200. I loved my 200 (still do), but I needed small SUV. Fortunately, I found the 2019 Hyundai Tucson! The Tucson has nearly everything I loved about my 200 and more: quiet cabin, comfortable interior, seamlessly sync with my phone/music/media, decent gas mileage, and numerous safety features.

Great small SUV

This vehicle is easy to drive, handles well, has a great sound system, and is comfortable for all riders. The storage in the back has plenty of room. And, if you need more room, the backseats easily go down.

Beautiful truck

I went in there to purchase the 2020 ultimate or limited and had the price from AARP. Yet after spending almost 7 hours in the showroom I was given a 2019 Value. It was very confusing because the salesman was running back and forth between me and another customer. I thought it had climate control and the bigger engine which it does not. I went back within the 3 day period to get the car I wanted and was told that I was not getting another truck.
