It’s a good vehicle for driving around town but probably would need to step up to at least to the next model for long road trips.

I have had 3 Tucson’s and hardly any problems with them so that is probably why I will replace my next vehicle with a new one from you. You have a new high end model that I have seen that looks like a good replacement for my Honda Odyssey.

New vehicle purchase

The Tucson is a good vehicle overall, nicely equipped, good exterior and interior finish. The only downside is engine performance. The Tucson needs an engine with 200+ horsepower. An 8 speed transmission would be nice also.

Expected more than what I received.

Vehicle is made well. It is obviously clear to me it is some kind of value model because there are no options. I find it very surprising that you do not even get mirrors that defrost. My Hyundai Santa fe sport had far more features than the Tucson. Live and learn I guess.

Great Car and Features

Very comfortable car to drive. Styling is impressive; entire body and wheels. Controls are very easy to access and use. GPS system is the best of any car I've driven in the past 7 years. Headlight illumination is poor and I wish there was better fuel economy

Perfect for me

This vehicle is exactly what I was looking for. I use it primarily for traveling back and forth to work and grocery shopping. It is just the right size for me and it handles well. I had a 2006 Tucson that I was sad to trade in because I loved it but this one is a great upgrade and I hope to have it for many years.

Enjoy the vehicle so far.

The Tucson has performed with out any issues. As the vehicle gets broken in I hope for a little more power and a little better fuel mileage. We are overall very pleased with it. I especially like the exterior design and how the vehicle handles.

Love the ride and looks of the vehicle. Age is factor with using all the gadgets do not have smart phone so do not use a lot of features. Love the lane change alert feature . Still getting used to the vehicle only have a little over 2000 miles in 6 months.

Drivers side seat and mirrors automatic adjustment feature is my main DISLIKES about the Hyundai Tucson. Being able to see surrounding area while driving was the main reason I chose this vehicle & I also know someone who has had good service from a Hyundai.

Handling, ride

This is my first Hyundai and the ride is better than expected . I don’t feel the wind blowing me off the road and the steering is firm and predictable. The side blind spot warning lights on the side mirrors is a great feature. I was really impressed with the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Gas mileage was 28 mpg until the cold weather hit then it dropped to 21 mpg. The maintenance department said this was to be expected but I am not convinced. They offered to look at it again if I feel there is still a concern. One item they said to try is reset the mpg meter back to zero at each gas refill which I will try .the interior is roomy and I like the reclining rear seat. Also note that the seats fold down easy . The back up camera and side warning sencer has saved me quite few times. Great idea .

Very pleased with the Tucson. We were looking for a vechile that would be used on a trip to WY with our granddaughter.. very comfortable Love the heated seats , one thing I wanted in the new car I love how easy it is to but the back seats down for bigger items

My Third Tucson

I am a widow so having a reliable car is very important to me. Usually when it gets close to five years, I trade up. This is my third Tucson and I have found it to be a very reliable car for me. It has plenty of leg room and storage area. It has a rich overall look and it drives with ease.

Tires

I had a nail in the side wall of my tire on a vehicle less than a year old. I was unable to purchase a new tire for two weeks including dealership. I was told it would be a similar tire. No longer make the tire on my vehicle

Great value

Hyundai Tucson is not the best overall car, yet money/ value/ performance/ warranty is a great car. So, after researching for a while and test drive few car we ended up buying Tucson. If money wouldn't be a consideration at all, I probably would buy something else. Yet, comparing what I would get for the same amount Tucson was the best option

2020 Hyundai Tucson value package

To date I have no issues with this vehicle. It is a good value purchase with a comfortable ride, plenty of options (including Sirius radio), and a good warranty. The acceleration power is adequate, however more power would be nice at times but not a major issue.
