Not The Hyundai I Knew

It seems with all the newer models added the price point for the better features are only in the highest end vehicles. I understand paying more for best, however you used to be able to get a great Hyundai at the middle price price points and better quality.

Camera and Headlamps

Both of he headlamps has condensations on the 2nd day and had it replaced on the following week but still has not resolved the problem. The dealership states that that's normal but I never seen that in a new vehicle. Rear view camera resolution is very poor and no back up sound when an object is close.

THIS TUCSON IS NOT ALL THAT

Slow in performance; really not sure the truck works correctly ;no company key chains given although I had given some back to them; no net for truck so groceries and package slide out the back. I just cannot believe how bad this SUV performs.

Idk. Problems already at 1500 miles! Brand new!

I honestly feel like I was cheated after buying the car! Lying car salesman from get go! Financial guy not calling me back after telling me he will call back! Sales manager looks like he is so annoyed

Seats are extremely uncomfortable, but it is a reliable car. It could be a little better on fuel, just like my other one was. I only recommend for people who like to drive slowly. It's not a bad car, just not my style.

I have not been Happy with my vehicle

I m not happy with vehicle feeling very uncomfortable unsafe with my vehicle ? I should have been able to pick my own beautiful in not to say us now and read the while in the field because they didn't allow me to pick my own vehicle they told me that they didn't have any more vehicle only the to did they put up to fight door and I just feel that is not fear that a customer has to pay for a vehicle in not pick their own vehicle out after lot

Blue tooth sucks

Hyundai has a terrible blue tooth, This is my 2nd Hyundai.My first was a sonata,Blue tooth sucks ,So I traded it for this Tuson,Blue tooth sucks.So I will be trading it for a American car. Glendora Hyundai won’t give me back my warranty money,So if you’re looking for a new car pass on Hyundai.Customer service sucks from Corporate all the way to the dealership. I also contacted the ceo of Hyundai.He got back to me says there working on it.So again I say buy American.Maybe if enough of us leave Hyundai They might get the message.

Way too much money spent to already need repairs

I'm extremly upset my brand new car needs repairs at it's first oil change. I feel like I made the wrong decision buying a Hyundai. I either got sold a lemon or the dealership is trying to the advantage of me

Not sure...

I love the styling, the handling, and the interior comfort looks. The ride is also surprisingly very good, for a vehicle riding on 19" wheels. The few flaws at the moment are a completely controlling climate system that does not allow you to choose your own settings, and a burning odor coming into the cabin when the heat is on. And because these features have such a great impact on driver comfort, I cannot recommend. Its very unfortunate. I also wish it had better ground clearance. 6.3" is rather poor for an SUV. Also, gas mileage could be better.

Recall without remedy

This is my second Hyundai that I have leased. The car is great and I have had enough belief in Hyundai that I went into a second car with them. Now, after leasing in October, I have learned there is a recall. I did not know that when I leased the car and I have found out that Hyundai doesn't have a remedy for the problem. This is disturbing as the apparent result of the recall is an engine fire could happen and my car has to be parked in our garage.

Don’t feel safe

Front end collision detection is more likely to cause an accident than prevent, and braking system is unreliable. Features and driving experience is great, but none of that matters if you don’t feel safe, and are unsure of your brakes will work when needed.

Look elsewhere

This vehicle has transmission, brake, acceleration, and fuel economy issues. Steer clear of it. The dealership was hard to deal with. Spent hours there. Service department is a joke. They send you to aftermarket shops for everything.

I bought my tuscon brand new and I enjoy its styling and features but the engine is really ruining the experience, the engine misfires and is unrefined. The app is nice for starting and unlocking but I cannot get my heated seats to turn on while remote starting

Disappointed

Promises not delivered, weak engine in Limited edition LKA fighting for control and is not accurate. Forward collision warning beeps, but nothing else. Comes with "COMPLIMENTARY SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE " For which you must pay if you are not exactly within the parameters of months to miles. I am under 24k miles, however having gone more than 12k in 1 year, have already gone out of pocket!! Wishing I had gone with any other brand than Hyundai/Kia

The Hyundai Tucson 2020 is a nice looking SUV. The issue is the under powered engine and the lack of power it supplies to an SUV. The other issue is the terrible fuel economy. Seems like for local travel at low speed your always adding fuel.

Cheap car serves it’s purpose

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap car. What more do you expect. The engine is loud an annoying at startup. The gas mileage is horrible, I average 15mpg. The Hyundai folks tell me it normal. Any new car should average 20 plus. I’m not pleased.

The guarantee they said vehicle has is a lie, they charge you just to check car the when is something that it should be covered by the guarantee .problems with the air conditioner and battery. I paid $400 just to put Freon on the car.

2020 Tucson Is not a good buy

I purchased this vehicle for my job and it started out great. Decent comfort and handling in bad weather was more than I expected. At 30k the headlight issues started. Been through six replacement bulbs so far. At 105k the motor is burning oil to where the dipstick is dry every 1000-1500 miles. The catalytic is defective and it’s a $2800 replacement. The dealer claims all of the oil is burned internally so it couldn’t have damaged the Catalytic Converter. But what do I know? If your looking for long term reliability, you should look at Toyota of Ford for a mid size SUV. Hyundai has horrible service and they are aware of their drive train issues. I was told by multiple reps that a quart of oil every 1000 miles is normal operation I wonder if the EPA know this? Good Luck!
