Some Issues with quality and the Blue Link App

Some issues, but good value for the money. Lots of features, fun to drive, It's comfortable and has great mileage. There are some minor issues with the the App and steering wheel that could be fixed.

Very good drive

Love the vehicle so far. good driving and very comfortable ride. Very good pickup and acceleration. Only problem is that the mileage could be a little better for the size of vehicle. Very good on the highway road.

Meh - it's only adequate.

Unfortunately, I bought this vehicle without a test drive... at the beginning of the pandemic. The MPG is better than expected. The seats are uncomfortable, and it's noisy and a somewhat bumpy ride on the road... hoped bigger tires would've help.

Tucson 2020-$$$ missing extras

2020 for the price should at least have other features. Electrical driver seat or heated seats. Blue link not available, should be on ALL 2020 models. By the way why would you mail a booklet and when I called to have more info I was told the model I bought doesn't have it! Back/trunk door should be easy when closing, but is hard.

Still getting familiar with the bells and whistles

I bought my vehicle when the showroom opened back up the end of May during Covid-19 needed to have more time going over the features of the vehicle during Covid made it not that easy I picked this vehicle for the perks offered and zero percent financing

Imperfect idle when bought brand new.

This vehicle had a rough idle with surges right from the beginning after I drove it off of the lot. I had the Las Vegas NV dealership check the engine but they could not find any issues. The idling issues begin after the vehicle is warmed up.

Decent car. But it won't blow your mind.

This isn't a bad great, it just isn't a great one either. The fuel efficiency isn't poor in my opinion and the lane assist feature doesn't seem to work great either. It feels like it pulls against what I want to do. The style is nice and the car is spacious compared to other vehicles in it's class. It drives fine but don't expect to been anyone off the line. It's a car to drive. Not one to have fun while driving.

2020 Hyundai Tucson

When I bought the vehicle, I was not told that the Hyundai Tucson only allowed specific fuel to be put in the tank. After two months of having this vehicle and LESS THAN 2,0000 miles on a 2020 I had to replace the fuel pump and had to pay out of pocket $650. I tried for days to try to speak to the general manager at Edwards Hyundai in council bluffs Iowa with not even one call back. After my lease is up, I will not be doing business with Hyundai again.

Good and bad 2020 Tuscon

I wish it had an automatic opener for the heavy rear door-I am 5 ft tall and it is hard to close. Also the panic alarm goes off too easily when I am carrying the keys. Take off from a stop is very sluggish!!!

OK vehicle

Takes you from point A to point B. But, it could be better. The interior is loud when driving on the highway. It takes forever for the vehicle to pick up speed. Leg room is uncomfortable. But, it's a reliable car.

Too noisy, but good otherwise

We like the styling and performance, but it is a noisy ride. So much so that longer trips are uncomfortable, and the radio must be raised to a high level. It is road noise, and it seems the car has little noise insulation.

Safety issues

Nice truck, but not what I wanted. I bought the most expensive, loaded edition. The dealer told me it had more features than my 2015 Sonata - I was told it had every imaginable feature, but not even close. The backup camera is AWFUL at night. I'm terrified that I'm going to run over something or someone backing out becaue it has NO BACKUP SENSORS. I don't drive this vehicle much, so it sits there because I'm scared I'll kill someone or myself. Also, I hate the seats, can't close the door once I get in. It just doesn't work for me. I love the big sunroof, so I bought a sunroof with a truck attached. I'm going to trade it in for something that suits me better. It's 1 year old, less than 5,000 miles.

Don’t get the base model!

Absence of features on the entry-level Tucson are saddening. It’s a cute, reliable, comfortable vehicle but no power seats, push-button ignition, or any kind of roof rack really stink. You can get more bang for your buck at this price point.

What title are you looking for?

I would give a high rating if you people would fix the problem that is causing electrical fires. The car is fine, but I worry all the time because the dealership is not getting the parts needed to fix the electrical problem that is causing some of the Tucson's fires.

Ok. Gas mileage is terrible. Ride with 4 passengers is not the best. Blue tooth app has failed once. The car had a few paint chips I did not notice until I got it home. Dealer could have fixed them better.

Not a full option vehicle. Manual trunk and fuel doors.

The vehicle is beautiful, sturdy and reliable. Would have been better if the trunk and fuel doors were automatic too. I specified that I wanted a full option vehicle. The interior is great, exterior is well designed.

I bought my 2020 Tucson in February of 2020 it is now March 2021 and my exhaust is broken and my car play doesn’t work most of the time, Hyundia is fixing the exhaust issue but not the car play just yet, I have faith it will get fixed

Nice Outer Image

The car looks nice on outside, but lacks quality on inside. It is comfortable, practical, affordable. The back up camera technology does not compare to Kia technology. The back trunk storage needs more light. It has a nice look on the outside and is comfortable on inside of car.

Granny Get up and go

The Tucson is not a bad vehicle but for me it doesn't have the get up and go that I like. Recently went on my first out of town venture in it and I couldn't really flow with traffic like I would normally do. I like to keep up with the traffic with ease. Great care for more settled drivers. I'm an eagle in the wind. LOL.
