I was pleased with my vehicle until it started making noise and the dealership claim it’s just the antilock brakes but the noise is very annoying and I’m thinking about trading my vehicle for something else

My experience os too much of your delarrships practie "Up-Selling" trying to get the customer to buy more services while seeking service or vehicle featrues while purchasing.

The vehicvle is fuel efficient and the safety features are welcomed. It is comfortable to drive but a bit too compartment tight (drivers legs are up against the center console and no room to adjust), The liftgate has no open assist or auto close feature and is too heavy for many to open/close without difficulty. The Exterior Coating seems lacking in its protective ability and seems subject to routine damage (A button or zipper rubbing against paint scratches it) and requires perhaps more substantial paint/Clear Coating. Vehicvle has poor pick-up when accelerating from a stop.

Nice car for the money. Good gas mileage. Not comfortable car to drive. Too much road noise. I like the look of the interior and exterior. I did not have a good buyer experience at the dealership compared to the first time I bought a car there.

It's a good value for the money nothing special about it wouldn't go to the same dealer that I went to would not consider another Hyundai this is our second Hyundai that we have extremely dissatisfied with the original dealership that we had purchased this vehicle. Will never go to the dealership that we purchased it from did not go back for services either

Decent vehicle

Very nice car. The only thing for me is the air conditioning/heat system. Ever since I got the car, I've had sort of a rubber burning odor. Dealer couldn't figure it out. And if you let the system run for a while it stops. But then sporadically it starts again. Now, I've had it for 2 yrs. , and it happens to a lesser degree. Sometimes, it doesn't happen... Im hoping it goes away, then I would consider owning the car... It's a lease. Only because car prices now are ridiculous. Other than that odor, I feel it's a very decent car.

Basic necessity suv

This is a simple, every day vehicle. It is practical more than anything except that the gas mileage is poor. Warning message comes on and transmission won't shift. We have a Kia Sorento Hybrid that works much better for us and the gas mileage is amazing. The Tucson has been a bit of a let down for us.

The paint and transmission have been a problem. I have driven my cars for 10 or more years and have not had that problem. It’s a shame cause the car does have a lot of nice interior features. The navigation system is nice.

Torn

I really do love my Tucson but i am disappointed that the pair on top of the lift gate started fading less than 2 years after purchasing the car new with no miles on it. This should not be happening and is unacceptable

Design

I'm not a fan of the design for the climate controls. Panel sits low and with every thing smooth and flat you can't fine the button your looking for. Your forced to take your eyes off the road, very distracting! Factory installed brakes were shot at 19 thousand miles 3yrs of ownership. Very loud cabin noise.

Small

Seats was too narrow for my wife and I to be comfortable in car. We loved the infinity stereo system and sport package but it wasn't enough to make us happy with back pain after 60 miles of travel and we travel over 20,000 miles a year. Glad it is gone!

Not for me.

Good small car for around the town travel. Just not the best fit for my family wish I went bigger. It does hesitate before it goes once u hit the gas pedal. And the catalytic converter has been replaced twice.

Nice Compact SUV

I am really enjoying this car. I love the look, style, technology, and comfort of the driver’s seat. The amount of interior and cargo space is adequate for my needs. The fabric covered seats are good quality and respond well to everyday spills/stains. My only complaint is the relatively slow acceleration of this vehicle. There are no issues with speed on the highway.

2020 Hyundai Tucsons - Leased 2

Enjoying our 2020 Tucson Ultimates x 2 - Hubby has a black one and myself (Wife) has a white one. This is our first Hyundai leases. we can't really say anything bad at all. Very nice quality. I would love to see better engine horsepower and bigger blindspot indicators on the side mirrors - they are a little small to see.The sport mode is great for that little extra power and we mostly use that mode. Overall very pleased with the Hyundai and looking forward to the next 3 years driving these Tucsons.

great new vehicle

i've never owned a cuv and because i've purchased 4 other hyundais, i'm glad i took the plunge. i have to get used to mediocre gas mileage. my sonata was a camel! this one not so much. i feel like i'm at the gas station a lot even though my driving habits are the exact same.

Great for Colorado

Overall performance of the 2020 Tucson is very good for the price. Turning radius is the best compared to others of the same type. Gas mileage is average but good. The only thing missing is day light driving lights which is a safety feature for me.

2020 Hyundai Tuscon Ultimate

First Hyundai in the family! so far it's a great vehicle. My only issue is the sound the engine makes. When I purchased the vehicle I asked the salesman the engine sounds funny but he said this is how Hyundai engines sound and since it's a brand new purchase and my first Hyundai, I took his word for it. So far the engine sound is the same but I started to fell more of a vibration when starting the car, it lasts for about a 1 minute and then smooths out.

Overall great vehicle. Only negatives - steering needs adjusted, pulls hard to the left in all conditions. Value for the money could be better (more options needed), and fuel economy could definitely be better. (lacks eco drive)

Options & MPG

Better options, such as, I like Nav system but don't want panoramic roof. After owning 2012, and 2016 Tucsons I would think by now you would have increased the MPG. Hyundai Tucson gets the worst rating in fuel economy..
