I've been a Ford and Chevy owner for the past 30 years, I gradually grew tired of their ability to stand behind what they manufacture. I visited several Dealers when deciding to purchase a New vehicle, the warranty you offer drew me into your dealership. The cost and quality of your vehicle "Hooked" me, at this point I'm extremely satisfied.

Trip information useless

The safety features are outstanding. The lane assist options take a little getting use to but well worth the effort. Heated seats are a real plus. It is a very comfortable ride and easy to drive. Overall a good purchase

Overall satisfied-definitely love the new electronics and the comfortable ride. I still wish they would do something different with the seatbelt clasps to make it easier to buckle up if you have fingernails.

Nice vehicle

I purchased the 2020 Ultimate Tucson only because I wanted some safety / tech features not available on the other 4 lessor models. The only thing I dislike is the fuel economy. I think that will be addressed in the 2021 model overhaul. Great fit & finish and for the features Hyundai offers it was a good price.

Love it except...

My husband is short and has PD. It’s very difficult for him to step up and get in the car. Another thing is that I don’t like the front passenger seat because it’s too low and cannot be adjusted higher.

Vehicle has some excellent features. Displays need simplification for easier understanding. Text & icons would help. Rear door needs manual control. Electric control works...sometimes. Prefer manual window controls for driver's side window. I bump my head each time I enter the vehicle.

Great little car

The Tucson value is a good car.it is easy to handle and comfortable to drive.the only bad feature is that if I accelerate to pull out ot pass someone, there is a hesitation before it goes....not good as I can’t depend on a fast “take off”...

I wish I had paid more attention to the "small things" like seat setting memory, steering wheel adjustment (it goes in and out and up and down but no angle adjustment) storage compartments, gas tank size and the fact that the headlights do not illuminate high enough

Stylish car , love the height in it. Drives smoothly other than when I accelerate every once in awhile the trans or engine jerks a bit. But nothing too serious , dealership I went to was great. Very attentive

Very happy with our purchase. The dealership was very helpful and polite. Purchasing a car over all is time consuming, but they made it easy as possible. I would use this dealership (Auffenburg) for future purchases.

Trade in 2016 Tuscon SE for a new 2020 Tuscon Sport

Having purchased a Used Tuscon 2016, several years before, and being totally satisfied with it, while it still had decent trade in value, I looked no further than purchasing another Tuscon, this time a new one. Based on trade-in, discounts and the like, I was able to upgrade from my SE to my new Sport. Only disappointment, is that the Sport model does not come with the navigation system, but was surprised as a number of options that was included, that I did not expect. Great car!

I always wanted the Tuscon, I love it. The seat covers are somewhat cheaply made, kind of rough. But I love the vehicle. I like the color the appearance and the dealership has always been phenomenal.

Unsatisfied customer

Promised things that to date have not been ordered. Treated like garbage at dealership and was made to feel like trash by the supervisor and sales team. James Granger went back on everything he promised. Showed up when we had agreed to and he was not there or was the dealership aware of my conversation with him. I felt I was not dealt with right.

Excellent Vehicle safe and a great value

We purchased a 2020 Tucson and love it. Safe, and overall a great value. Love the entertainment system and all features. Only downsides are no cargo net included for the back and Back lift gate should be automatic.

As I told you the clunking noise is a major issueHaving a new vehicle I would expect that they would be concerned and would like to get it fixed as soon as possible. The attitude about not having a loaner vehicle when with all the cars they have on the lot I’m sure one could be used for a loaner. I am an essential employee and have to go to work every day I bought this vehicle and this is what I have to drive I can’t not have a vehicle to go to work

2020 Tucson Ultimate Review

Front seats should be able to use the unused leg room from the rear seats when necessary. Front seats need deeper bottom seat cushions for long leg support. Add links to Siri for iPhones so that Bluelink can interact with Siri voice commands. “Hey Siri, start my Hyundai.” The high line models should have a turbo. Tailgate needs a lock button for entire car. (see Jeep Cherokee tail gate.)

Tuscon Happy

Love my Tuscon. Although it's a smaller SUV it rides well. Wish it had the ability to let the back seat slide back a little and smidge more truck space. Love the tires. Love the safety features. Getting used to it daily.
