2020 Tucson

Very comfortable and spacious. Easy to drive and has many features. Tucson drives smooth and is very reliable to use. Vehicle is used many for getting to and from work. Value of car was fair. Interior and exterior styling looks nice. Overall, vehicle is great!

Great car but mpg not accurate and phone sync issues.

I like the vehicle but as with most cars the MPG rating is inaccurate and my iphone doesnt always connect to carplay. Seems problematic that phone updates always mess with this and car manufactures never update their software to match the updates needed. its like they only car if the phone connects once before you sign for the car.

Hyundai Tucson

The Hyundai Tuscan rides good. Next time I would like an upgrade. This one is basic model. Next time I would like a sportier SUV with more bells and whistles. This particular vehicle wasn't compatible with Sirius XM radio.

Cheap car serves it’s purpose

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap car. What more do you expect. The engine is loud an annoying at startup. The gas mileage is horrible, I average 15mpg. The Hyundai folks tell me it normal. Any new car should average 20 plus. I’m not pleased.

2022 Tucson Review

We had a 2020 Tucson and had no plans to upgrade. When I saw the newly restyled Tucson I was so impressed that I spoke with a salesman and after explaining trade in values and low finance rates, it was difficult to turn down.

Happy driver

Good car enjoy driving having fun with the vehicle.. Hyundai has stepped up. My next purchase is going to be the genesis. Lol hopefully. Thats my dream car. Yeah so far so good with my Tucson. I will drive until the wheels fall off

Not for people who don't like technology

I do love my TUSCON as we travel alot and it is roomy and comfortable. It has so many 12 volt plugs, even in the trunk so we can plug in our cooler. The front has 2 so my husband and I can plug in both phones. We even have a hitch for a small trailer to carry extra stuff. The problem is it is very high tech. While I like the safety features like lane assist, I had to turn off the stupid email notifications. If you don't, you get notified if you warm up your car in the driveway, your "vehicle health" report, "panic alerts" if you walk away and leave the car running and other emails. If you are not tech savvy you won't know how to use the features since the manual is not user friendly. I am a senior citizen, very tech savvy and I am still figuring out some of the dashboard settings! I know younger people will like the technology but I live in a retirement village in South Jersey and everyone drives either a truck or a SUV. We are an important geographic who want reliable cars. We don't want to read a bunch of emails. Just put a booklet in with the manual in the glove box with instructions on how to do the basics. We like PAPER instructions. In hundreds of emails we receive we don't want to have to refer to some "how to" email we received months ago. Still love my car, though!

I truly love my new Tucson.

I have purchased 4 Hyundai suv's in the past. My very first one is a 2007 Santa Fe and it still runs great. My other cars are Tucsons and also are very reliable and gas savers. I love the wide storage space in the trunks for carrying big items.

I bought my first Tucson in 2007 and loved it so much, I bought another one in 2019

My husband had a different vehicle, but saw how much I loved my Tucson AND took note of the superior service from Autonation Hyundai O'Hare that he bought a Tucson. He loves his car and the the quality of care provided by the Service Department.

Great SUV

Nice price, great performance and quality. Dealership was great and very accommodating. This is my 4th Hyundai and they get better each time. Quality is on par or greater than many vehicles priced a lot higher.

My first SUV

I really do like this vehicle. Not so big and not too small. It has get up and go power. Smooth ride and I like how I sit up high in the vehicle. So many amenities. I especially like that the seats are heated and cooled. And the seat is adjustable in so many ways to get the perfect position. Only draw back I don’t have the remember my settings option so if my husband drives it I have to re adjust the seat but it’s not hard.

Great SUV

Very enjoyable to drive. Smooth engine and transmission. Sporty handling. All the essential safety technology. I like having the ability to lock the transfer case when traction gets poor. Feels peppier than Jeep Cherokee even though the engines are rated almost the same.

Best Bad Back Vehicle!

There is no downside to my 2020 Hyundai Tucson! I love the brown color, the heated everything and most of all the 360-degree cameras! I am a mature lady with a bad back and the seating positions and support makes me feel like I could ride forever! The alerts that are provided give me a sense of calm from backing into my garage, staying in my lane or other vehicles approaching while on the highway. Go to Faulkner Hyundai and talk to their salespeople you will enjoy the experience!

Outstanding automobile

Excellent quality a real pleasure to try very quiet and smooth Highway gas mileage is it very good however in town needs to be improved a little bit I've had the car for 2 years now and I have been no problem whatsoever smart cruise control is excellent I highly recommend also the heated steering wheel is really nice ride comfort is excellent the seats are fantastic overall really a very good car

My first Hyundai, it is a great small SUV , I would suggest it to anyone looking for a good driving, small SUV. I took mine on multi trips in which it drove great in the mountains ms hard rain. I would suggest this vehicle for anyone.
