My Tucson

Overall I am very happy with my new Tucson. Some minor things such as brake vibration and lane control that feel strange and may just be I’m not accustomed to how these are used or May be normal operation and I need to get used to them. Not happy that the Santa Fe only has 4 cylinder engine or turbo. Don’t like turbo and 4 cylinder didn’t have enough power. Works ok in the Tucson but 6 cylinder option would be better

Great Vehicle! First lease in 12 years I would consider purchasing and/or leasing or financing a new version. I miss the included sunroof option, and I've had issues with Hyundai in the past with returning vehicles, but I would still consider them for this model in the future.

Great vehicle

Love this vehicle so far. Loaded with tons of safety features and the ride quality and comfort is great. Engine acceleration and shifting smoothness are excellent. Ride noise is very good as well. I love the look inside and out. Only gripe so far is the vibration in the brakes. Other than that highly recommend!

2020 Hyundai Tucson lease

We absolutely love our new Tucson. We loved our last Tucson that we leased. I expect to lease or buy a Hyundai later this year for my daughter. the entire process was seamless. All the sales people, and employees were so helpful and courteous and continue to be. We will have the service performed by Koons also.

Best car I have ever owned

I really love this car! At the time I purchased it I was looking at the Tucson and a BMW X1. I just really loved the Tucson over the X1. I felt the drive ability was better and the cost of maintaining the car was much less. Because this is a car I am expecting to keep for several years I didn’t want to be shelling out big bucks after 3 years and I just didn’t want to lease a car.

My review

I leased this vehicle new and have not had it long enough or driven it far enough to completely answer these question with 100% correct responses. I feel this survey did not allow me the options to be completely correct. It made me answer questions I don't have answers to or options in the vehicle. I tried to help the company by rating it the best I could with the options I had.

Great vehicle.

I really wish when Blue Link starts vehicle that the lights would not flash but love my vehicle. This is not my first and would recommend them. Great service at my dealership. Does not seem to get same gas milage as my 2013 but I still love my Tucson.

2020 Hyundai Tucson value package

To date I have no issues with this vehicle. It is a good value purchase with a comfortable ride, plenty of options (including Sirius radio), and a good warranty. The acceleration power is adequate, however more power would be nice at times but not a major issue.

Too noisy, but good otherwise

We like the styling and performance, but it is a noisy ride. So much so that longer trips are uncomfortable, and the radio must be raised to a high level. It is road noise, and it seems the car has little noise insulation.

Great vehicle

Very comfortable vehicle. So far, everything is great. Nice styling. Superb fit and finish. Everything works as it should, no trips to the dealership for adjustment of anything. The only downside is in-town fuel economy (around 23MPG.) That should improve, as the vehicle gets broken in.
