Like that the vehicle does not let you use the media panel while driving. Not even the passenger can load in their phone while vehicle is moving. Enjoy learning everyday how to set up media panel. Thanks

Good

I love my Tucson! It drives good, even in ice or snow!! I love the color, red, and black interior!! We can haul a lot in the back and if we put the backseats down we can haul about anything! I love just pushing a button on the steering shell and getting my daughter or any of my family on the radio, phone!! The heat seats have been great for my lower back white h has 3 fractured vertebrae!! I’d recommend it to anyone!!????❤️

Engine Replacement - Open Recall

Purchased vehicle brand new - owned less than a year with properly servicing and engine needs to be replaced. Open recall on ABS and was never made aware. Even went and got vehicle serviced at Hyundai and was still not made aware - 2 days later engine went out. Been in the shop for 3 months with still no answer on IF (what the provider is saying) warranty department is covering replacement. Absolutely crazy.

gadgets confusing

Basically like the car. Miss the remote gas door release that I had on my previous Tucson. Only have 5000 miles on it so far and it has been very reliable. Most things that I don't like are very minor.

Love it! The look the drive the comfort of it all. My first SUV and I’m very pleased with my first purchase. Was a bit nervous at first driving a SUV but this is a perfect fit. Smooth drive, safety nets gives you a little bit more sense of comfort. Stylish build and nice color.

Great vehicle for the price - many extras

Lots of quality extras and features come with this vehicle at a reasonably low price, substandard gas mileage, can't attach bike rack to the rear unless you get the trailer hitch. Great warranty and dealer service

THE SERVICE IS GOOD AND THE QUALITY OF TUCSON IS WONDERFUL

EVERYTHING IS GOOD ON MY VEHICLE/ HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT. I KEEP MY OIL CHANGED AND MY TIRES ROTATED. I WILL BE BRINGING IT INTO THE DEALER SHIP FOR A MULTI POINT INSPECTION IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. I LOVE IT MY VEHICLE.

Nice car

This has been a very nice and trouble free car. The dealership was great to deal with, as well. I wish there was an option for a V6 engine, because I live in the country and have to tow a small trailer with firewood, and other cargo every now and then, and I think it is a bit underpowered for that.

Just the right size and plenty of storage for me.I don’t like how the paint looks like it flaking off on the hood and there is a lot of street and tire noises at high speeds . I like how it handles and the comfort of the seats

FANTASTIC!

The TUCSON has all the bells and whistles to make your trip comfortable and safe. I just love it! They thought about the safety features, and I like the LANE ASSIST and especially the AUTO HOLD especially when your stopped for a long time. The heated seats have been an asset with the atypical cold we've been having.

I find it to be comfortable, stylish, and roomy. The safety features helps when on the road, cause there's are some drivers that shouldn't be behind the wheel. Voice command helps a lot, in making a call, changing radio station, and receiving/sending a text, once you set up hands free.

Lake Norman Hyundai is the best dealership with whom I have had the please to do business. I worked out an arrangement exactly as I wanted.

This is my 3d Hyundai SUV. I have owned one of the 1st a Santa Fe's, 2nd a Veracruz, 3rd a Tucson. The 3rd is my favorite to date. I would not consider owning any other brand. Given my brand loyalty, there is not much more to say other than to express a hope that this type of quality for the price is beyond compare and should be kept affordable as long as possible.
