SUV that was a pleasure to purchase

This is my first Tucson and i have been very impressed with it so far. It is very comfortable and the ride is very good. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends. I am learning about all of the extras that come with the Tucson. I like the remote start with the bluelink.

Tucson 2021

Like most features but assume they are standard on other cars of same class. Faults are Nav system voice is too low, even when radio is off. And interior temperature control cannot be read in daylight. Contrast not bright enough and panel gets too much reflective light.

Overall great car

For the money, you won’t find more tech and features with any other brand. The vehicle is easy to drive, responsive, roomy for the size. I overall enjoy driving the Tuscan. The only thing I believe Hyundai needs to work on, majoring the ride quieter, and making the seats a little more comfortable for long trips, this is literally all the complaints I have. They would have as close to a perfect vehicle as anyone can get if these issues were improved.

We are very impressed with all features of our new vehicle.We hope gas mileage will increase with time .Navigation system works much better than previous car we owned. Only issue so far is low fuel warning light which is either broken or set to come on in my opinion too late to be useful.

So far I like this vehicle. I feel confident with how it handles. The size of this vehicle makes parking easier. Like the color and finish. Driver's seat adjusts well and is comfortable. I especially appreciate safety features like sensing of vehicle approaching when I'm backing up.

This car is a great car for a first SUV. It is comfortable, reliable, and convenient. The warranties are awesome, and I love my Bluelink. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is not having a sunroof!

Great value

Wonderful vehicle, smooth ride, and great value. Perfect smaller alternative to the Santa Fe. Also a great choice for teenager or college students. Highly recommended at any model level and wide variety of color options.

Tuson

Did not find the manual helpful at all. Still do not know how to find out how to check things like tire pressure, oil levels, all other things I was able to check on my previous vehicle. Also have not figured out how or if I have a navigation system.

Hyundai 2021 Tucson

I find this vehicle comfortable to drive and was easy to learn the new features. The only drawback I found is that there is no alert when in reverse that you are too close to a stationary object. There are other safety alerts which are very helpful that I've never had before.

Love/hate

I really love my vehicle. Everything has a clean classy look and great up graded features. My only negative about the vehicle is that the remote start causes your hazard lights to flash until you get in and shut the door. I leave early in the morning 4am so flashing lights are not good for my neighbors or myself. I feel it draws attention and in today's world a woman by herself getting into a flashing vehicle kind of gives me anxiety. If they do away with that feature or give you the option to shut the flashing lights part off the SUV would be 100%.

Great Gas Mileage

I purchased the Tucson because of the new look and my first Hyundai served me so well, great gas mileage. This time I wanted a few more features which it has. Hoping it serves me as even better then the Santa Fe.

Not bad at all

Bought it 3 weeks ago and I’m still discovering it. I got the SEL model 2.4 The interior is decent, not too big but not too small, plenty of room for the front seats but not too much room for the rear passengers. Nice feature with the Apple car play or android play. The sound system needs more work, the rear speakers barely hear them (maybe the one with the BOSE version is better). Only one USB port in front which is the same for the apple car play/android play connection. If you want to listen music from a usb card you need to disconnect the phone cable... Overall is a decent car.

Great little SUV with many features

Overall I am happy with my new car. It is comfortable. I like the seat features and steering wheel adjustment features. The road assist is a great feature. I'm tall and the back seat is comfortable. The gas mileage is good and there is plenty of storage space.

great vehicle for the price and quality. I downsized from a pallisade to tucson and the pallisade is more luxurious and spacious but the tucson does its job for the price. I wish it was more spacious because both my husband and I are tall.

Need more power in accelerating

Getting on the highway, maybe need a little bit more power when accelerating. End up stepping more on the gas pedal to accelerate and it made a little bit more noise in the engine. But overall it was a pretty good SUV. Equipped with updated technologies for convenience and safety.

Great crossover

Mom of 2 and Preschool teacher, and dog lover. Previous Chevy and Ford owner, but I love the quality of Tucson. I especially enjoy the extra lumbar support and the 3 level seat warmers are my fave. My kids like the multiple cup holders and the middle arm rest isn't too low for their car seats. Very pleased

Not as good as KIA

I've owned 3 KIA vehicles and they were extremely put together and the dealer and sales people were outstanding. I can't say this for Hyundai, I had to get the Sales Manager to fix the problem. As I told him, this is not how you treat someone who just bought 3 Hyundai's!!!
