Great car, headlights are not

Overall, the vehicle is great! Biggest concern are the headlights. They are a great idea to act like fog lights and regular lights but the design is not perfect. I live out in the country so I get shadows on the road and it doesn't cover the right and left side closer to the car very well. I also think they are a little dark and could be brighter, but that could be the way they are situated on the car.

Leaky sunroof or front windshield, second time bringing it in to figure out. Clunky tranny. Rear camera stays on

Pretty car but not made well. Leak from sunroof or front windshiels. Taking it in a second time to try to get an answer. The transmission is very clunky. The engine just sounds sad when accelerating. The rear camera has been staying on after I shift to drive. Looks great, but flawed.

Hyundai Driving Features Provide Safety and Comfort

Love the driver assist system, cruise control, all of the driving and safety features, and being able to monitor gas mileage. The EV system is wonderful as well and works great. The car is smart. Still have much to learn about the car, so the experience will get better over time. All this at a very good new car price.

Tucson

start stop system is stupid and should be able to turn it off and it stay off. Having to press the off button every time I get in the car is annoying and I almost didn't buy the car because of it. I hate that part of the car.

Should have stayed with the 2022

The handling, the fuel economy, and the lack of acceleration when the AC is on a minimal setting is a huge drawback to the 2023 model. You can get the Kona I would encourage you to get the Kona. You can get a 2022 Tucson go for it. Stay away from the 2023 model. It's going to cost you more in fuel, patience, possibly safety with the lag time with the acceleration when the air conditioner is set to low. Dreading the winter.

As I mentioned in the survey, the epoxy used inside the engine compartment (right underneath the window on both side) looks sloopy and unprofessional.

I had excellent service from the salesperson, he is knowledgeable and was not pushy, despite the news about the recall of the 2023 Tuscan electronic controller in the oil pumps (I have not officially received the recall notice). This is my third Hyundai, reliability is the number one concern, I hope I will not see melting components one day when I retrieved the car from the parking lot from work.

Very nice SUV Fuel mileage is great Great styling. This vehicle is the 4th Hyundai we have owned. I was surprised at almost 40 MPG on the highway at 75 MPH. the interior is very comfortable. Our Dealership/Salesperson have been great to us over the years. Thanks Hyundai!!!!

love my car

This is my first purchase in 17 years. That's how long I kept my last Hyundai. I did not consider any other brand because I loved my old car the entire time I drove it. The only reason I considered buying a new car was that I did not feel confident that it could drive long distance without possible breakdowns, and I wanted the new safety features. I knew long before I purchased my new SUV that this was the car for me. I read about it on Consumers Report, looked it up on the internet and when I went to the dealer I knew it was possible that I would be coming home with a new car, which I did.

I really like my new car. Very elegant, sporty, quiet, responsive and fuel efficient. I wish hybrid will come in red color. Also, one minor complain about low flow of air from side vents. Otherwise, extremely satisfied

Great car!!

Trixie (my Tucson) is the best car I've ever owned! I love her so much. She's so comfortable and safe! The ventilated front seats are my favorite part right now, with the temperature over 100° F. Overall, I would recommend this car to anyone looking for a stylish and reliable ride.

Good experience with dealership and had vehicle we wanted. Good value and like all the options. Bought Tuscon Limited…good interest rates. This is our fourth Hyundai…all SUVs. Will probably look at hybrid and ev options next time.

Very thorough.

Your survey does not include the year 2023 in it That's the year of my new Hyundai. I love the look of my new Tucson. I REALLY wish it had a CD player. The gas mileage is not good. My husband and I are Seniors and we are challenged to enter or exit the car without banging our heads on the door frame. Wayne Hopgood is a real asset to your dealership. He was awesome to deal with!

I enjoy the car

All is good. 2 simple adds on would be nice. Garage door opener and a compass. Didn't want to spend so much more for the premium line just for that. So easy for that to be standard but it's not. I enjoy the ride.

2023 tucson

Color of vehicle was not as described and rim color also. Not as driver friendly as 2020 Tucson. Displays not as accessible. Push button shift definitely a negative purchased quickly thinking similar to prior vehicle but feel much lower quality. Floor carpet not even finished !
