Hyundai

I don't like the fact that there is no way to lock the doors and leave my dogs in with the air conditioner running. I don't like the fact that even with the button pushed the compressor stops and shuts the A/C off on a sweltering hot summer day.

Pretty good

Car runs well. Windshield wipers weren’t the best. Coffee break alert can’t be turned off and that sucks. Safety features hit the breaks too hard. Great on gas, handles well

Black Plastic interior

The indicators such as the air conditioning indicator are difficult to see whether the system is operational or not, plastic interior impossible to keep clean and attracts dirt and lint beyond belief.

Hard to enjoy when service is so bad.

When I bought the car, everyone was soooooo accommodating! When I got the first oil change it was a different story. The mechanic didn't do the work that was required and left my oil drain plug loose and most of my oil leaked out a day or so later on the street. Today I go in for the second service and my windshield wipers have always left a streak right in my sighpath. I told them about that and my horn not working. I got my text that told me the results of my "multi point vehicle inspection and it said everything was OK except my wipers. They said they needed 75 DOLLARS to install new wipers that were junk since the day I drove it off the lot (it was raining that day, and I had told them everytime I needed wiper fluid). It also said my horn "passed", so I assumed they fixed it. Nope. When the service guy was going over my invoice he said it was back ordered..... I showed them where it said "passed" and was told the mechanic checked the wrong box..... I'm sure he did since it seems they were all checked when my oil drained out too. I can't ENJOY my 2025 hyundai tucson because I don't trust the service it's had and will go elsewhere when getting the wife a new vehicle next month. Never again.
