I had scheduled my service, but when I arrived, the service advisor was nowhere to be found. Then it sat to go into service over 1 hour.

Not happy with The service representative. He was not very happy and didn’t seem to care. No one ever came out to me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. After waiting for an hour and a half I had to ask. Then I was just given a piece of paper and told that my car would be ready soon.

Jessica review
Jessica has always been at the service center every since I became a sonata owner which I love by the way!!
She is as good as it gets more employees could learn a lot from her about customer service abilities in keeping a customer informed about your vehicle and could normally give you an estimate if more time was needed to complete your service.
She’s the person to see!!!!

First Service of 2020 Santa Fe
All went well with Service visit. This is my third Hyundai (2 Sonata's and the Santa Fe). Do have an issue with the Body Shop not responding on blemish on my hood.

Standard Vehicle Service
I scheduled an appointment on-line, with no difficulty. Arrived early to drop-off the vehicle and was met by Anthony. He found my information and we agreed on synthetic oil, for which he offered me a coupon. Because I am a repeat buyer, it took Anthony all of two minutes to process me and I was headed out the door. When the work was completed, he called and the vehicle was waiting. Fees were as indicated. Great FIVE STAR service.
