Fast turn-around-time
Andrew walked me through the most likely diagnosis about why my car went into "Limp Mode" and what to expect once they were able to run a full diagnostic scan. When dropping off my car it is always nice to know the best, worst, and most likely outcome. He was correct in his pre-diagnosis (and the anticipated fix) and I was able to pick up my car the following afternoon.

Very fast, friendly, and effecient service
I took my new Sonata in for service at 5000 miles. The service technician informed me that my new car didn't need service yet, bring it back at 7,500 miles. He then helped me with a couple of questions about settings. When I brought my car back after a trip, at 7,800 miles without an appointment, they took me in right away and I hardly had time to review all my emails in the customer lounge before my car was ready. Wow! So far I'm loving my experience with Machens Hyundai.

Sixth Hyundai
My 2021 Santa Fe is the sixth vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Because I live an hour and a half from it, I did not had the other five serviced there. But free service for 36,000 miles is too good to pass up.

Fast in figuring out the problem. Recommending what needs to be done along with what it will cost. No pressure to buy now. If decide to buy, they will schedule you an appointment that suits your schedule. And, if it is a job that could take some time, they can offer you a ride to your home. They will call you when the job is done and have their ride service pick you up.

They worked out the details for dealing with Covid. They send an email the evening before service with a link to tap on your smart phone for when you arrive.
Seating is spaced out in the service lobby.
Relax with a cup of self-serve coffee or light snack.
