Had car for 3 days didn't fix it called saying didn't have part week later still no part didn't wash car when we picked it up. Did manage to charge us 80 bucks to change filters though

Taking care of me
I would like to thank the staff in the service department for finding and correcting a very scary situation. My vehicle was serviced by Firestone for two rear tires and balance. Well, the so called mechanic failed to put tire lug nuts on correctly. I thought the noise I was hearing was the muffler being loose. They road tested it and knew what the problem was and corrected it and inspected the other tires as well. Thank you St. Charles Automotive. Next tire purchase will be at your location.
