The maintenance was done as expected: efficient and on time. Cost could be more reasonable. Disappointed that there was no car wash done as was done in the past. This was a nice feature.

I would like to give kudos to Chris for his excellent customer service. He was very helpful and appears to be the kind of person that goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of. Hyundai 2012 Accent
I purchased our pre-owned 2012 Hyundai Accent at another local dealership. I began having engine noise issues, and was sent to Parkway for warranty upgrades. I was treated as though I had purchased directly from them and as if I had purchased their most expensive product. All my questions were thoroughly answered and my engine issues were resolved in a prompt and efficient manner.

A good service.
One of the better dealerships I've done business with as far as service. Then only thing is when they do the car wash it seems to take forever, even the person behind the counter was perplexed with how long it was taking the car wash crew. Next time I'll just skip the free car wash. Other than that it was a very good experience.

Great car, dealership still on the fence
Really enjoy our 2018 Sonata. The quality and value are really well beyond others in it's class. I am trouble though with some of the attention to detail. It's been a month since our purchase and we're still waiting on our permanent tags because the initial vehicle inspection wasn't done before we bought it. Not a huge inconvenience to drop it off for the inspection but an inconvenience nonetheless . And now we drive around with expired temporary tags while we wait- but don't worry we're told "it's like a 1 in million that you'll get pulled over for that."
Maybe it's just one of those things that happens everywhere from time to time and everything will be impeccable from here on out but it just didn't inspire confidence.
