Excellent service!!!
I purchased my Hyundai from Parkway in February and before that vehicle, I never had a "young" enough vehicle that I would go to a dealership for service for. In addition, I've never had one new enough to need recall work done on. They were excellent in setting expectations for time, cost, and what preventative maintenance would be done. No surprises. I'm glad I chose Parkway for my purchase and service. They are wonderful!

My 4th Hyundai and still lovin' it!
I absolutely love my Hyundai. I have owned 2 Elantras and 2 Santa Fe and I would buy another one in a heartbeat. The dealership is always looking to see how they can help and have been wonderful to me over the years. I know things happen at times, but I have yet to be disappointed. Hat's off to this dealership for their customer service--they are the best I have encountered in a long time!

I took my 2009 Elantra in for a recall fix, which I suppose was taken care of. There was another issue I asked to bee investigated. Six months ago the Electronic Power Steering (EPS) failed. Conveniently the entire steering column had to be replaced and I was told this would cost $2,400+. Not having the $, I have been driving it with out EPS since then (nice case of tendonitis). Imagine my surprise when I replaced the battery and suddenly my EPS began to work (after 6 months of not working). I asked the service manager to look for a connection since the 'E' stands for "ELECTRONIC"! Without a blink the SM said there was absolutely no connection. I asked him to look into it anyway. After the work was completed, he said he had contacted the district SM who agreed there was no possible connection. How can an electrical system not work for 6 months and then, miracles of miracles, begin to work just fine when the Electrical power source is found to be faulty and replaced. I am very glad I did not pay to have something to be replaced that obviously was not the problem. Never another Hyundai. To be fair, I have also been in touch with Hyundai customer service and was told the same thing, so it is apparently the Hyundai Party line.

Hello Mr. Lang,

Replacing the battery in your car has not only reset your EPS light but it also has temporarily allowed your Electronic Power Steering to begin working again.  Replacing the battery cleared the codes in the EPS system.  Once the vehicle sees this fault again the EPS light will illuminate and the power steering will stop working. 

I hope this helps clear up the confusion on what repairs the vehicle needs.
