The gentleman who greeted me on my vehicle's last maintenance was there and called me by name, a nice touch. I was in for a routine maintenance on my car, waited for it, and everything went quickly and smoothly. These folks are nice, friendly, and informative. I like going there.

I just had my wife's 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate serviced yesterday! I didn't have the time to reserve a service appointment and dropped the vehicle off unannounced. The Service Manager (Kevin Heerspink) said "no problem" and had the vehicle serviced in about an hour; and even provided a courtesy transport!!! What GREAT service! I Just love these folks! They are the absolute best in the business. Do yourselves a favor and please do business with them...You will not regret it!
And to the sales team...Kuen, Chad, Gabe, Corey, et al...You guys are AWESOME!!!
They deserve a pay raise Rairdon's. You have the BEST employees on the planet!

Thank you thank you. You guys are always so great. There was a little grease mark on my passenger seat and conceal. But I know that not all the time you can control what happens.
The service department at Rairdon's did a great job of diagnosing and repairing our vehicle. I would highly recommend them if your Hyundai needs repair work performed...and I don't often say this about a dealership's service department!
FYI, Your rating system needs work. It is not user-friendly. To answer the first question,
there was no multiple choice and no way to know whether to use a star system, a percentage
Or some other way to communicate. I was anxious to comment on the excellent service by
Kevin Heerenspier and the shuttle driver (Dan? Doug?), but it took two tries to figure how to
do it. If I hadn't been so impressed by them, I'd have given up.
