Fantastic
The most important thing to me was that I felt I could trust the people who helped me. I trusted that I was charged a fair price and that the work was done properly. My car is running great now. As an added bonus, they checked the air in the tires, which we did not even mention to them - a small thing, but very much appreciated.

Went in for oil change and bought a car.
Rodrigo was a knowledgeable salesman.He was also very nice and polite . My wife saw a car she really wanted so we looked into it. Chad and Keun worked hard to get our payment just right. It was a very positive experience.

Our first visit
The staff was courteous, the repairs were quick, and unlike other dealers we have had work done by in the past, there were no surprises. And they didn't do things we didn't ask for. We now know what we need to do for our next repair, which we will definitely have done at Rairdon's! Thanks!

Do not attempt to schedule online. They will not get any information other than the time of the appointment. This has occurred twice. Annoying!

I hade a good experience with the Bellingham Hyundai Service department's work on my 2017 Santa Fe Sport.
Service staff was competent and friendly, work was accomplished promptly, and scheduling was easy.
I'm very happy with Bellingham Hyundai.

Excessive Cost
Rairdon's has a reputation for poor customer service and being a rip off. I was impressed with the customer service I experienced as I had low expectations but as for the service there was no above and beyond just a standard inspection and one air filter changed for $400. Can get this elsewhere for a fraction of the cost and would even wash the car.
