Great friendly service
Came early and they were able to still help me. I chose to wait, which they are a nice seating area with snacks to purchase free coffee and tvs playing while you wait. Service was fast and The staff has always been friendly.

I'm driving my 4th Sonata.....my leasing and service experiences at Temecula Hyundai are second to none.....it's the best dealership i've ever dealt with....Brad the GM...James the internet sales rep...Carlos the service writer.....THE BEST !!!!!!.....i retired after 24 years in the automotive business, and knowing what i know from first hand experience, i wouldn't go anywhere else.

Rat damaged wire loom while in closed garage and caused airbag light to stay on all the time.
The service department diagnosed the problem and explained how the problem must be addressed and that it would be covered by our insurance. I contacted my insurance company then the company contacted the service department. The wire loom was ordered and an appointment was made to have it installed after it was received. The job was completed in less than 2 days thanks to extraordinary effort to enable us too have the car over the weekend. Many thanks to Carlos Velasco and Ramon Solis.

my first two visits to Temecula Hyundai have been A1 experiences.
Our Santa Fe is only 1 year old, so we have only had two visits to Temecula Hyundai for routine service care. Both experiences couldn't have been better. We took advantage of the courtesy Lyft, and went to have breakfast. Both times, the Santa fe service was completed by the time we were finished with breakfast. Made the whole process really easy. Plus, our Santa Fe was washed and sparkling clean!
All the service folks are super friendly, too!
