Well managed despite the numerous vehicles being serviced
I usually deal with Carlos in the Service Department, for my service needs on my Hyundai vehicle. He always takes the time to explain what occurred with the service to my vehicle and answer all my questions. This Service Department is obviously very busy, but I always leave satisfied with the service provided.

They did the recall, changed the oil and fixed the windscreen washers.
All done in very good time,
As I had to go to another appointment they took me home and picked me up to collect the car when I was back.

Good cars, good service.
Hyundai has very good to excellent cars. Kona EV is great. Service at Temecula Hyundai is very good overall. The facility is very cramped making the logistics of dropoff / pickup / service manager access awkward.

Great service!
Great staff, fast and easy check in, waited in the lobby and was offered water on various ocasiones by personnel, took a little longer than expected but lobby is quiet and comfortable so I didn’t really mind. Check out was fast and my car was returned promptly.

Great Team From Sales to Maintenance
Hyundai Temecula was amazing. I did have delays, but it was not Hyundai's fault, it was the fault of the insurance company. A month ago I ruined the car and was surprised that the insurance company did not total the car (yes it was that bad). The Service Manager at Hyundai communicated with me regally and kept me updated as the insurance company was causing delay after delay. Hyundai worked with me to get the new parts on the car (it was only a two-year-old car), dealing with the insurance company, and when they were finished the car ran as good as new! I have used this dealership for all maintenance over the past two years even before this month.

My sales experience was just as good when I bought the vehicle 2 years ago. Love the car still and recommend everyone I talk with who wants a reliable, great gas mileage car to look at the Hyundai's. I specifically refer them to the Temecula dealership, as they have a great group of people working there. Nothing but a positive experience from sales to maintenance when dealing with Temecula Hyundai!
